Hello everyone! Tieling is an ancient city, and Longshou Mountain is the symbol of Tieling's ancient civilization. Longshou Mountain Tourist Area is a provincial-level scenic spot, a national AA-level scenic spot, and a tourist attraction in northern Liaoning.
Dear tourists, we have arrived at the first attraction in Longshou Mountain - Longyuan. This is Dragon Gate. It is the main entrance of Longshou Mountain Scenic Area. It was built in 1987 and is an archway-style mountain gate. The gatehouse has a unique shape, majestic momentum, colorful colors and exquisite craftsmanship. It is a rectangular four-cornered eaves, divided into upper, middle and lower floors, supported by 4 stone pillars below. Most of the building materials are white marble and glazed tiles. The gate tower is 14 meters high and 7 meters wide. There are a pair of white marble lions on both sides of the dragon gate, and a huge stone stands on the left side, with the three characters "Longshou Mountain" engraved on it written by a contemporary calligrapher. Above the main entrance of Longmen are the four characters "Dragon Head Qianqiu" inscribed by Zhao Puchu, a famous contemporary poet, scholar, and calligrapher. The "Impression of the same quiet" behind the door is written by the famous calligrapher Feng Yue'an. The entire mountain gate is majestic and magnificent, opening its broad mind to people visiting Longshou Mountain.
This is Ciqing Temple, a provincial key cultural relic protection unit. It is located on the northern top of Longshou Mountain and is one of the four major scenic spots in Liaoning. It has been included in the "Chinese Dictionary of Scenic Spots" together with Longshou Mountain. According to legend, it was built in the Tang Dynasty and was originally named Xiufeng Temple. Later it was renamed Shuihu Temple. It was rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty and renamed Ciqing Temple in the Qing Dynasty. It has been used to this day. Ciqing Temple has a history of 1,200 years and is famous in northern Liaoning for its majestic, majestic and powerful temple.
In front of the temple, there is a simple stone tablet standing on the ground. It is engraved with "Qing Jing Alanruo" and 12 small characters below: "Tang said Xiufeng, Ming said Shui Tide, Qing said Ci Qing." The strokes Vigorous and mellow, the dragon is eye-catching. Ciqing Temple once enshrined the "Three Pure Ones", namely the Yuqing Original Heavenly Lord, the Shangqing Lingbao Heavenly Lord, and the Taiqing Taishang Laojun, also known as the Sanqing Temple. It has gone through more than a thousand years of vicissitudes.
Xiufeng Tower
Xiufeng Tower was built in the second year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty (1489). It has a history of more than 500 years and has been repaired many times. Xiufeng Temple is named after it is located near Ci'en Temple. The tower is 16.4 meters high and is a solid octagonal nine-level pagoda with dense eaves. There is a relief Buddha on each of the eight sides of the ring tower, with eight characters "good weather, good weather, peaceful country and peaceful people" carved around it. There is an animal head and a wind chime on the octagonal eaves of each level of the tower. There are 72 animal heads and 72 wind chimes on the top and bottom of the whole tower. When the breeze blows, the sound of ding winter bursts into the clouds, which is beautiful and beautiful. The entire pagoda is majestic and towers into the clouds. The ancients described the Xiufeng Pagoda as "high above the clouds, with the morning light and sunset, and a myriad of scenes." This tower is really the finishing touch of the Longshou Mountain Scenic Area, where people can not only appreciate the magical skills of ancient craftsmen, but also appreciate the vicissitudes of 500 years of wind and rain.
Kui Xing Tower, located at the highest point of Longshou Mountain, was built in the 29th year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1761). It was named after the statue of Kuixing. Kuixing is known as the first star of the Big Dipper in ancient astronomy. Confucian scholars and literati call Kuixing the god who dominates the rise and fall of articles. The original site was at the southeast corner of Tieling City. It was later moved to Longshou Mountain for reconstruction in 1922 due to collapse. After several vicissitudes, it was rebuilt in 1981. Kuixing Building is a square brick-wood structure with two floors, a unique shape and carved beams and paintings inside. The whole building is made of wood. Four large plaques are hung on the four sides of the building, with inscriptions by three calligraphers of the late Qing Dynasty: on the east is "Guangzhao Longshan" inscribed by Qiu Yan; on the south and west are "Wen Huan" inscribed by Zhou Hun. "Li Ming" and "Bi Shen Zai Zai"; to the north is "Xinghui Diji" inscribed by Liu Yulin, both written in 1870. Climbing this tower, you can see the station in the south, the beautiful peaks in the north, Chaihe River in the east, and the ancient city in the west.
The standing tower is commonly known as the small tower in the south of the city. Located on the steep peak of Longwei, it was built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and was built by Li Chengliang, the commander-in-chief of Liaodong in the Ming Dynasty. Later, in the 10th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1671), Emperor Kangxi, the ancestor of the Qing Dynasty, passed through Tieling on his eastward tour and climbed up Longshan Mountain to stay here, hence the name. This tower has a blue brick structure and is a nine-level hollow tower with octagonal dense eaves. Due to its age, the bricks and tiles on the tower body sometimes fall off. In May 2000, the Tieling Municipal Government decided to invest in the restoration of the tower. When the bricks and tiles on the top were removed, a brick monument niche was found from the south side of the tower top with the temple behind it. There were 2 copper plates and 2 copper plates in the monument niche. Stone tablet. The inscription on the copper plate is "Reconstruction of the Lingying Temple Pagoda", which records the maintenance of the tower in detail. The first copper plate is the main text, and the back is the person in charge of the repair of the pagoda. Li Rusong, Li Rumei, Li Rubai and other 30 people; the front of the second copper plate is engraved with 24 people including Li Chengliang's wife Su, and the back is engraved with 9 people including a resident monk.
