7. Introduction to Neijiang sairinji

sairinji is located in the northern bank of Dongtong Road, a suburb of Neijiang Temple, and worships Yamanoe, one mile away from the city. According to Neijiang County Records, sairinji was founded in the fifth year of Xianchun in the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1267). In the 13th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, the monk Changci was rebuilt, and between Jiajing and Jiajing, the monk continued to use it. He participated in politics in Liu Xiang and invited more than 8 township officials to donate money for expansion. It took 4 years to build up the upper and lower sairinji, which was quite large. The mountains are full of pines and luxuriant trees, overlooking the river, full of water and fun, with the first sunrise and golden waves in the shadow bath, which are in harmony with Torinji. Scholars have always visited this place to write poems. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, the Buddhist monk suffered from fire during the years of Qing Kang and Yong (1716-1735), and in the third year of Jiaqing, the monk Ciyue added velvet. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, the bronze Buddha statue and main materials in the temple were destroyed.

in the twenty-seventh year of the Republic of China, the first monk, bhikshuni, Shi Yuanhui, devoted himself to Buddhism, initiated Buddhism, led many people to smoke and practice, and paid equal attention to agriculture and Zen. At one time, many disciples were gathered, cigarettes filled the air, Buddhism prevailed, and many people came to worship Buddha in the mountains.

During the Cultural Revolution, all the Buddha statues, cultural relics and scriptures in the temple were destroyed, and the temple property was occupied and looted. In 1973, Xilin Park occupied the green land around the temple and part of the temple property in order to develop a tourist area. In 1982, the party's religious policy was implemented, and the relevant departments held meetings one after another to solve the financial problem between Xilin Park and the temple. After eight meetings, Xilin Park compensated the temple with RMB 1,.
