Relevant data show that Putuo Mountain is currently facing the dilemma of weak performance growth. In 20 14-20 16, the company's main business income was 336 million yuan, 349 million yuan and 347 million yuan respectively, which was at a standstill. It is worth mentioning that in the composition of operating income of Putuo Mountain tourism, other business income shows a rapid growth trend. During the reporting period, the company's other business income was 5,402,300 yuan, 8,565,700 yuan and 85.69 million yuan respectively, accounting for 1.58%, 2.40% and 19.62% of the operating income respectively.

In this regard, Putuoshan Tourism bluntly stated in the prospectus that the income from other businesses in 20 16 increased by 76,267,200 yuan compared with that in 20 15, mainly due to the current disposal of investment real estate by Pulv.

As for the reasons for the increase in operating income and net profit in 20 15, Putuoshan Tourism indicated that the company's operating income in 20 15 increased by 4.77% compared with that in 20 14, and its net profit increased by 16.34% compared with that in 20 14, mainly due to the passenger transportation company.

According to an insider analysis of an investment bank in Shenzhen, judging from the operating income of Putuo Mountain Tourism, the main business is indeed facing the ceiling of growth. If it is not changed, it will be difficult to break through this bottleneck. Although the company's performance is still growing steadily on the surface, it is not a long-term solution to boost performance by raising ticket prices and disposing of investment real estate. Therefore, many years ago, the company chose to integrate tourism resources and package them for listing.
