Where is Hongyadong?

Hongyadong is located in Cangbai Road, Jiefang North Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing.

Hongyadong, formerly known as Hongyamen, is one of the gates of ancient Shu. Located in Cangbai Road, Jiefang North Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, it is located in the riverside area where the Yangtze River and Jialing River meet. It is a tourist area with both sightseeing and leisure functions. It is located between Linjiang Gate and Siqianmen Gate, and it is a closed door.

There was once a cave outside Hongya Gate, and a clear spring flowed down the river to form a natural waterfall. This is the famous scenic spot in history-Hongya Cave. It is rated as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction because of its traditional architecture and folk customs. In 2006, it was built by Chongqing Municipal People's Government with a total investment of 385 million yuan.
