Industry standard codes are determined by the competent industry departments in accordance with the "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China" The relevant regulations are formulated in accordance with the rules given by the national standards and approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision. Standard codes published without the approval of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision in accordance with the law shall not be used.
