How to refund bus tickets on Ctrip.com
1. Find the Ctrip travel app on your phone and click to open it.
2. Find my option in the opened Ctrip travel application interface and click Join.
3. Find the ticket that needs to be unsubscribed in the My interface and click Join.
4. Click the I want a refund option in the upper left corner of the jumped ticket interface.
5. Then click Submit Application in the lower right corner.
