Recommendation of ancient tourist attractions around Hangzhou

Wuyue Ancient Road is located in Tianchi, western Zhejiang Province, and was built by Wu Yueguo, the Five Dynasties and Ten Countries. People say it is better than the ancient roads in Huizhou and Hangzhou. Tianchi Lake in western Zhejiang is known as the first lake in the south of the Yangtze River, with an altitude of about 1 100 meters. You can overlook Tianchi Lake from nearby Lilefeng. The frozen scenery in winter is more beautiful, and reeds can be seen in autumn.

The ancient Moganshan road, also known as Jianggongdao, is a part of Moganshan scenic spot and can be entered on foot. Especially in autumn, the scenery is very beautiful, with large bamboo forests, maple leaves and ginkgo trees.

Maling Ancient Road is a famous ancient road in Zhejiang, starting from Malingjiao Village, Yuzhai Township, Pujiang County and ending in Lutzbu, Tonglu, with a total length of more than 20 kilometers. There is a strange stone called Meiren Peak on Maling Ancient Road, which can also be crossed along the ridge line. The scenery and experience are great.

Nanhuang Ancient Road is located at the junction of Linhai City and Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province, starting from Qianyang Village, Nanping Township, Tiantai, and ending at Dafan Village, Huangtan, Linhai, with a total length of about 12km. Nanhuangdao was built 1000 years ago, which is an ancient commercial road. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Qianlong ordered the painting of Eight Scenes on the Rooftop, among which the figure of the Southern ecliptic was called Autumn in Nanshan. Planting maple trees along the way is one of the best preserved maple leaf ancient roads in China, which is very suitable for hiking to enjoy autumn.

Shangqing Ancient Road extends from Wangtan Town, Shaoxing County to the ancient boat port of Pingshuizao, which is the main road for Wangtan and Pingshui residents to reach Shaoxing city before the opening of Shaogan Line. In ancient times, the only official road leading to Shaoxing in Shengzhou area was also called Huiji Ancient Road. The whole Shangqing Ancient Road consists of Rizhuling Ancient Road, Taoyanling Ancient Road and Wanshou Mountain Ancient Road, with streams and bamboo forests all over the way.
