Yizhou Postal Express can make claims at Alipay. The specific application process is as follows:

1. Log in to Alipay app with your mobile phone, enter the home page, and click My Express.

2. Click on Common Express and select Postal Express to enter.

3. click my in the lower right corner and select self-service complaint and claim settlement.

4. Enter the e-mail number of the claim and follow up. You can also contact customer service directly if you have any questions.
