3. Tourism understanding internship work content:

For this tourism internship, the purpose is that through this internship, we will have a more detailed and profound understanding of our major. Understand, realize many things that cannot be learned in school, no longer limited to books, but have a more comprehensive understanding. In this way, we have a deeper understanding of our own shortcomings, but at the same time, considering the large content, arduous tasks and difficulties, the teacher divided 36 of us into 6 groups of food, accommodation, travel, travel, shopping and entertainment to organize and organize Learning, this will facilitate us to conduct research and understanding of tourism resources and tourist destinations through practical, effective and systematic methods. In order to further learn to analyze tourists' decision-making behavior and spatial behavior.

As a member of the "Xing" group, we have gained a lot.

"Travel" is the chain in the process of tourism activities; it is an important aspect of tourism planning; it is a side reflection of tourism psychology. Speaking of "travel", we naturally think of it as being closely related to travel means of transportation and travel itineraries (travel route arrangements).

To this end, I have summarized the following points on the aspect of "travel" during this internship:

1. In tourism, transportation always affects tourist satisfaction. important factors.

(1) As people pay more and more attention to time, the desire to spend as little time on the road as possible has become the first principle for many people when choosing transportation.

Our internship is to adopt the strategy of "gradually going northward", so taking the train is a more appropriate mode of transportation for mid-line travel. In fact, now a considerable proportion of long-distance tourists choose to fly. Generally speaking, few people choose ships as their means of transportation, and the number of tourists choosing to take trains is also on the decline. In mid-line travel, planes and trains are almost equal, and ships only account for a small proportion. This is the development trend of the entire tourism transportation selection.

(2) At the same time, as economic conditions improve, comfort levels begin to affect the choice of transportation.

Therefore, long-term tourists are willing to fly. Compared with trains, more comfortable tourist trains are more popular among tourists. On some lines, people would rather take a boat than a faster train, just from the perspective of comfort. During our internship, buses or taxis were used as means of transportation between scenic spots and destinations. To enable classes (also called teams) to have collective activities, choosing a comfortable rental is obviously not the best way. In contrast, buses are crowded and noisy, and most of the time there is a lack of seats. It is detrimental to the teacher's work arrangement and the students' temporary rest requirements. This is the tension between the need for group activities and the comfort of tourists. In order to coordinate the relationship between the two, it is inseparable from the next factor.

(3) Price. The price issue may still be crucial to the choice of transportation.

It can be seen that many tourists choose to take the train simply because the cost is much lower than flying. The price factor has restricted the rapid increase in the number of tourists by plane. After all, whether it is economical is still an issue that most people must consider and face. For example, we are all students, and the purpose of the internship is to learn, comprehend, and discover from travel, so we choose transportation based on price and do not choose high-priced transportation.

So, tourists actually choose transportation based on their inner needs. What tourists need is a way to travel that is not only economical but also convenient and comfortable.

It is unrealistic to perfectly combine the three. Comfortable transportation is naturally more expensive, and tourists may not be able to adapt to the convenient and fast way.

So I think that when travel companies, travel agencies and related departments formulate and plan a route, they must first investigate how people with relatively large differences view and choose travel means of transportation. It is necessary to first clarify who this tourist route is for, or what age group it is designed for. This is equivalent to a group tour for the same type of tourists, which will keep tourists relatively consistent in their choice of transportation.

(4) How to find the convergence point between transportation and tourism will also directly

have an impact on tourists.

This is very important. For example, during our internship, the mode of transportation we used on the Yulin-Dongsheng section was "car". The scenery along the way is very beautiful, and you can see grasslands and yurts. This way of "viewing the scenery by car" will inject a sense of freshness into the tourists' psychology. Coupled with the scenery along the way, it is not easy for tourists to feel comfortable in the car. The slow passage of time and the feeling of fatigue will add new vitality to the tour process after getting off the bus at the destination.

On the one hand, this is also a good way to visit, and on the other hand, it meets the needs of tourists.

In this regard, waterways should be able to learn from it. The Yangtze River Passenger Ferry Company has also launched a holiday cruise. The short and fulfilling way of sightseeing will bring more strength to the tourism industry.

It seems that how to target the needs of tourists in the new situation is the key to success. Transportation is always an important factor related to tourists' needs and affecting tourist satisfaction. Choosing different means of transportation for different types and identities of tourists is a reflection of respecting the self-requirements of tourists. At the same time, using the characteristics of transportation to develop and formulate new tourism projects is the sublimation of the relationship between tourism and tourism transportation.

2. As a tourism industry, designing travel routes and planning travel itineraries is an important part.

(1) Designers should design unique routes according to different tourist needs.

For example, many businessmen also need to travel around after discussing business. Their travels are mostly for business reasons, they consume relatively high amounts of money, stay in high-end hotels, and come and go in a hurry; while for retired elderly people, The travel route should be easy, casual, slow-paced, moderately expensive, etc.

The key to the design of tourist routes is to adapt to market demand. Specifically, it must meet the needs of tourists to the greatest extent, such as the smallest cost, the most convenient schedule, etc. Therefore, we should pay attention to the psychological and physiological needs of the main body of tourism activities, bring convenience to tourism activities, improve tourists' satisfaction and enthusiasm for travel, and then promote the sustainable development of tourist destinations.

(2). The design of tourist routes should follow the principle of "step by step".

In order to adapt to the needs of the tourism market, we should try our best to rely on the original transportation lines and differentiate according to the existing foundation of tourism development and the abundance, distinctiveness, combination and location conditions of tourism resources. , Determine the routes in a focused manner and develop them step by step to meet the needs of sustainable development of tourism.

For example, when we visited the Ankang River, we learned that this area has just been developed. After completion, it will bring considerable benefits to Ankang’s tourism industry; in Xunyang, the station is very simple and difficult to communicate with. Compare to other city train stations. Since there is a station in Xunyang, it means that this is a traffic intersection. If the potential tourism resources of Xunyang and its surrounding areas can be explored and developed, and if a ruin can be turned into a tourist attraction, it will bring considerable benefits. To achieve the purpose of better building Xunyang, this is the improvement of tourism route design and tourism development.

(3) The travel itinerary is the concrete embodiment of the travel route, and a complete travel itinerary makes the travel route worthy of its name.

During this internship, the itinerary was compact and there was no neglect or arrears. It made us realize that as a tourist, what he needs is to feel fulfilled and overwhelmed during travel without being distracted. . A quick itinerary that changes from one city to another in one day will inevitably produce two voices: “This will allow tourists to quickly engage in the next destination, which is tight and fulfilling”, “This will make tourists feel that they have not visited anything”

Therefore, I believe that the itinerary should be organized and detailed. Which city has outstanding main attractions and characteristics, it is worthy of our stay. The so-called loud brand and outstanding features reflect the theme to a large extent. In such a place, the city is enough to make tourists linger. Attractions that do not have distinctive tourist characteristics do not require time. In this way, each detail can be contrasted with the details, thus increasing the chances of the tourist destination being perceived and greatly increasing the revisit rate of the tourist destination.

(4) If "travel" is reduced to simply traveling on the road, on the train, on the plane and other means of transportation, the tour guide is the steering wheel that relieves tourists' fatigue and relaxes their mood.

Carry out different activities, riddles, magic, etc. for different types of tourists, and deal with the excitement, fatigue, irritability and other emotions of tourists due to travel. But at the same time, it is necessary to find a suitable time period. When tourists are generally tired and need to rest, it is best for tour guides not to disturb them. During this internship, during the train journey, the teacher led us to participate in some games, etc., which greatly relieved our fatigue from the long train journey.

Nowadays, tourism has become more and more popular among consumers, and the tourism market is developing with each passing day. Through this internship, I learned to treat the internship process as a tourism product (travel route) and experience the problems existing in this product. and analyze it.

The effective implementation of this internship plan is inseparable from the strong support of the school and the good intentions of the instructors. Here I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the team members.

Tourists mostly travel to visit famous mountains, rivers, scenic spots and historic sites. Relaxation, entertainment and increasing knowledge are their main needs. Keep abreast of tourism market trends, focus on the development of new products and new routes, and launch new distinctive tourism routes in a timely manner according to market conditions. At the same time, choose appropriate tourist transportation means for different types of tourists. It is an important driving force for the vigorous development of tourism. I think that with the development of society and the efforts of the tourism industry in the development of tourism, my country's tourism industry is bound to have a bright future.
