Jining City and rencheng district have continuously increased their investment in Beihu Lake. They have successively built Beihu Road and Lianhua Avenue from the urban area to Beihu Lake, opened an air tour airport, purchased more than 500 cruise ships and yachts, set up a fishing center, built a swimming pool of 50,000 square meters on the lake, opened water sports such as swimming, surfing and kayaking, and built a number of shops, restaurants and other service facilities. 1996 The municipal governments at the two levels invested more than 50 million yuan to strengthen the infrastructure construction of Beihu Lake. All the dikes around the lake were stoned, and the roads around the lake were built12km, 8 central islands were built and reinforced, more than 10 navigation channels were excavated, and a number of new scenic spots such as "reed maze" were newly set up, thus completing the lake enclosure and opening. The second phase of "Tourism Resort" and "Canal Cultural Landscape" is about to start. Beihu Lake is being fully developed and constructed, among which the development and construction of Huxin Island, Yingbin Island and Huludao will add a new look to Beihu Lake.
