traffic

Bus: Take the direct bus to Dujiangyan at Chadianzi Bus Station. The departure time is 6:30~ 19:00, the travel time is about 1 hour, and the fare is 17 yuan.

Intercity Railway: Take the subway from Chengdu Railway Station (namely Chengdu North Station) to Dujiangyan Railway Station, about 30 minutes, and the fare is 15 yuan/person; Or take the subway from Xipu Station to Dujiangyan Railway Station, which takes more than 20 minutes by car.

Self-driving: get off at Dujiangyan Expressway for more than 60 kilometers, and the driving time is about 1 hour.

Guanxian ancient city

Dujiangyan Scenic Area is located in the center of Dujiangyan, which is connected with the ancient city of guanxian. Standing on the ancient city, there is a modern city on one side and a Millennium weir on the other. The scenery is wonderful, and the mountains and rivers are in my arms. Although the walls and towers of the ancient city of guanxian are all newly-built antique buildings, they still make people feel heavy in history.

Dujiangyan south bridge

The South Bridge was built in the fourth year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty, namely 1878. It was burned by wars many times and then washed away by floods. 1982, the State Council listed Nanqiao in Dujiangyan Cultural Relics Protection Zone. After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, it was judged as a dangerous bridge, which was repaired on a large scale and equipped with lighting. Now the South Bridge is basically an antique covered bridge building built on the original site, but the charm of the South Bridge is still full, especially the night view of the covered bridge, which is a must for Dujiangyan.

Dujiangyan scenic spot

The scenic environment is very quiet. The distance from the main entrance to the first scenic spot, Long Fu Hall, is not short. There are fountains and statues of historical celebrities on both sides along the way. There are well-known Zhuge Liang and Zhang Song, and there are also many celebrities whose names are unknown. At the end of the road is Fulongguan. Legend has it that Li Bing and his son conquered the dragon here when they left the pile, and named it "Fulongguan". There are three existing halls, and there is a stone statue of Li Bing carved in the Eastern Han Dynasty in the front hall. There are also the ruins of the Eastern Han Dynasty weir stone tripod, and the scene when the sages and princesses in the Tang Dynasty became monks in Qingcheng Mountain.
