The designer said that considering that the trains are all long-distance trips, the upper berth with accompanying family members was specially designed to take care of the disabled passengers in the lower berth.

Next to the lounge is a toilet for the disabled, with the same design as that on the domestic high-speed rail. The switch of the door is all inductive, the large space is convenient for the wheelchair to rotate, and there are auxiliary handrails next to the toilet. The reporter noticed that there are emergency call buttons with "SOS" red logo beside the toilet and sink.

This train upgrade pays special attention to the privacy requirements of passengers, and box doors are installed outside all rooms.

Electrified modern dining car

The biggest change is the dining car. In the past, because of burning coal, the chefs of dining cars used open flames when cooking. Now, all the new dining cars are electrified, all made of stainless steel.
