Can I apply for a U.S. tourist visa without an interview?

An interview is required for a U.S. tourist visa, except in the following situations:

First, if you are over 70 years old and have other family members traveling with you, you can bring your application materials with you. Go to the interview on your behalf

Second, if a child under 14 years old is accompanied by other family members, you can bring the child’s application materials to the interview on your behalf

Third, if you have already applied to the United States Tourist visa, no interview is required to renew the same type of visa
