What kind of contract does a travel contract fall into?

Legal analysis: The travel contract is an anonymous contract. Travel agencies organizing and arranging tourism activities shall enter into travel contracts with tourists. Package travel contracts should be in written form. When concluding a package travel contract, the travel agency should explain the specific contents to the tourists in detail.

Article 57 When organizing and arranging tourism activities, travel agencies shall enter into contracts with tourists.

Article 58 A package tour contract shall be in written form and include the following contents:

(1) Basic information about travel agencies and tourists;

(2) Travel itinerary arrangements;

(3) Minimum number of people in a tour group;

(4) Transportation, accommodation, catering and other travel service arrangements and standards; (5) The specific content and time of sightseeing, entertainment and other projects;

(6) Free activity schedule;

(7) Travel expenses and the deadline and method of payment;

(8) Liability for breach of contract and methods of resolving disputes;

(9) Other matters stipulated by laws, regulations and agreed upon by both parties. When concluding a package tour contract, the travel agency shall explain in detail to the tourists the contents contained in items 2 to 8 of the preceding paragraph.
