Self-guided tour of Hangzhou and Wuzhen

Many friends come to Wuzhen to travel and don’t know how to have a good time. In fact, Wuzhen is not very big, it is just a small town.

Wuzhen is divided into four gates (zha): east, west, south, north. Among them, the East and West Gates were developed by travel agencies and require tickets.

The North and South Gates are historical relics and are still under planning and development. No tickets are required.

For recent tourists, you can go to Wuzhen before 11 o'clock and choose to buy an east-west combo ticket. It is economical and affordable. 150 yuan covers all the attractions in Wuzhen. As long as you have fun in Xizhali, you will not come out. , you can watch it together with the night view. If you really can’t get there around 11 o’clock, then choose the second way to play. Friends here may have a misunderstanding, thinking that the night view of Xizha is better than that during the day. In fact, the combined ticket includes day and night. Xizha is also very beautiful during the day. Especially those who love taking pictures, you can go in around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, take pictures of the dusk in Wuzhen, and have a meal in Xizha. The night view starts just after the meal. Friends who buy a combined ticket should make a note of it, otherwise you will miss the beautiful scenery at dusk if you go in too late! The next day you can go shopping in Nanzha and Beizha old streets, especially friends from the north, who will prefer this authentic state!

Travel Notes:

1. Wuzhen Station is now in the suburbs. When you get off the bus, there will be many "enthusiastic people" willing to take you to the scenic spot for 5 yuan. 2. Before you travel, please be sure to bring original valid documents (ID card, passport, military ID card, etc.) and check whether they are expired. One ID per person is required when staying!

3. It is best to bring a towel. Toiletries in hotels are disposable, but towels are recycled. Although everything is disinfected now, for the sake of hygiene, you should bring a towel with you. Also remember to bring an umbrella in case it rains.

4. No matter where you go shopping, please keep in mind that things inside or around the scenic area will definitely be much more expensive than those outside.
