On March 3, 20201,the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of official website and the State Council issued the Announcement on Including China Rongtong Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. in the List of Enterprises Performing the Responsibilities of Investors (hereinafter referred to as the Announcement).
Inquiring about the column of "Directory of Central Enterprises" in SASAC official website, I noticed that China Rongtong Group has been listed, ranking 10, between China Aviation Engine Group Co., Ltd. and China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd., and the total number of central enterprises has also increased to 97.
The business scope of China Rongtong Group mainly includes real estate, agriculture, hotels and tourism, commercial services, resource recycling, scientific and technological services, medical and health services, security services, finance, insurance, education and other fields.

The first leading group of China Rongtong consists of nine people, Wen Gang as Party Secretary and Chairman, Ma as Deputy Secretary and General Manager, Shao Jijiang and Liu Wuyi as Party members and deputy general managers, Li Yao as Party member and chief accountant, and Zhou Houguo as Party member and leader of discipline inspection and supervision team.
