Definition of outlying island tax-free policy: Outlying island tax-free policy refers to a limited time, limited value and limited variety for passengers flying to outlying islands (excluding departures) For shopping without import tax, you can pay at duty-free shops that implement the offshore duty-free policy (i.e., offshore duty-free shops), and there are tax preferential policies for picking up goods from offshore islands in the quarantine area of ??the airport.
: Duty-free shopping policy on outlying islands
1. Be 18 years or older.
2. Domestic and foreign passengers leaving Hainan Island by plane from Hainan to mainland China, including residents of Hainan Province (subject to the ID card issuing authority).
3. Limited time: Hainan residents can enjoy one tax-free shopping per calendar year, and non-Hainan residents can enjoy two tax-free purchases.
4. Limit: For items below 8,000 yuan (including 8,000 yuan), the cumulative purchase amount shall not exceed 8,000 yuan (including 8,000 yuan). In addition, if a single product is more than 8,000 yuan, each person is limited to purchasing one piece at a time, and import goods tax (personal postal tax) must be paid.
5. Limited quantity: no more than five items: cosmetics, clothing, pens, candies; no more than four items: small leather goods; no more than two items: jewelry, handicrafts, watches, perfumes, scarves, glasses (including sunglasses) ), ties, woolen fabrics, cotton products, shoes and hats, belts, bags, and sporting goods.

: Outlying island duty-free shopping process
1. Guests use their shopping cards Shopping in the store. Group guests can apply at the front desk, and non-group guests can apply at any cashier.
2. When applying for a shopping card, domestic passengers should present their resident ID cards, and overseas passengers should present valid entry and exit documents (passengers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan hold a valid pass, and foreign passengers hold a passport), and outlying island flight information.
3. In order to ensure that the goods are delivered to the airport pick-up point on time, passengers departing from Sanya Phoenix Airport should complete their purchases at least 6 hours before flight departure (based on the completion time of the last item).
4. Please keep the delivery receipt after payment. One hour before flight departure, domestic passengers should go to the domestic waiting room pick-up point at the outlying island airport to pick up the goods in person with their resident ID card (valid travel document for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan passengers), foreign passenger passport, delivery receipt, and boarding pass.
5. All duty-free items must be taken out of the island at one time. According to customs supervision requirements, customers leaving the country from the airport VIP building must pick up their goods at the designated pick-up point in the airport terminal.
: Departure duty-free shopping policy
1. Departure duty-free shopping is limited to overseas passengers departing from Sanya Phoenix Airport in Hainan Province (including compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
2. When you buy duty-free goods in a store, you must show your passport and ticket.
3. You can use RMB, US dollars, Euros, Japanese yen or credit cards for consumption.
4. When you purchase duty-free goods in the store, please go to the international terminal of the airport to collect them with the certificate provided by our store before departure.
: Departure duty-free shopping process
1. Present your valid entry and exit documents (passengers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan hold valid passes, and foreign passengers hold passports) and air tickets, go to the front desk to apply for a shopping card, and present Shopping with shopping cards.
2. To ensure that the goods are delivered to the airport pick-up point on time, departing passengers should complete their purchases at least 4 hours before flight departure (subject to the completion time of the last product purchase).
