According to the Li family genealogy, Fu Wulang, the founder of the village, was a military officer. In the second year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1369), Chaling was placed under Guiyang Prefecture (now Guiyang County), and then Guiyang guarded Changning. In the second year of Yongle (1404), he flattered Changning, conducted military camps, and developed production.
