Huanxi Town is located in Beifeng Mountain area in the northeast of Jin 'an District, with an area of 1.33 square kilometers. There are two ethnic groups, Han and She, which are the base towns of the old revolutionary base areas at the provincial level. In recent years, it has successively won the honors of "Advanced Popular Science Township" at the provincial level and "Civilized Village and Town" at the municipal level. My town has the following characteristics:

First, the location conditions are good. As the north gate of Fuzhou, Huanxi Town has been the "entrance to the province" and "entrance to Tianjin" from the Central Plains to Fuzhou since ancient times. It borders Lianjiang County in the east, Mawei in the south, Xindian in the west and Shoushan in the north. The new East Line (formerly 104 National Road) runs through the territory and is only 13 kilometers away from the main city of Fuzhou. At the same time, there are 192 county roads in Guling and Gui Hu areas within the jurisdiction, which lead to the urban area around expressway, and the advantages of being close to the city around the state are more obvious.

Second, the industry is relatively complete. In agriculture, as the largest agricultural township in Jin 'an District, the "10,000-acre agricultural demonstration zone" mainly consisting of tea, flowers and vegetables covers an area of more than 20,000 mu, with a construction scale of 1 provincial leading agricultural industrialization enterprise, 2 municipal famous brands, 3 scientific research bases in universities, 4 district-level agricultural pilot demonstration bases and 10 large production bases. In terms of industry, it has an industrial concentration area of 1.735 mu-the industrial concentration area around the west. The distribution area of natural geothermal hot springs in Gui Hu is about 10 square kilometer, the water temperature is 60℃, and the sunrise spring volume is about 6,000 tons.

Third, it has great development potential. Three projects, Guling Julie International Conference Center, Scarlett Group Industrial Zone Capital Increase and Production Expansion Project and Gui Hu Ecological Hot Spring City, have been listed as key projects in provinces and cities, especially in Gui Hu, which is one of the few land available for contiguous development in urban areas.

In addition, Huanxi Town is a low mountain area, with three big hills: Qixingping, damao mountain and Jialiangshan. The highest is Tai Mo Mountain, which is 708 meters above sea level. The lowest is the Gui Hu River Valley, with an altitude of only 70 meters. Gui Hu Creek and Baimei Creek are 10 kilometers long in China, with a drainage area of 65 square kilometers. Yueyang Reservoir in Emei Village is located on the Gui Hu River, with a storage capacity of 654.38+0.4 million cubic meters.
