Introduction of Wuhan Tourism Bureau

According to the spirit of the Notice of Wuhan Municipal People's Government of Wuhan Municipal Committee on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions on the Institutional Reform of Wuhan Municipal People's Government (Wufa [2009]14), Wuhan Tourism Bureau is established as the working department of the Municipal People's Government. 1 The Municipal Tourism Bureau has an administrative establishment of 36 people, including 1 director, 3 deputy directors, 1 discipline inspection team leader, 7 department-level leaders (including 1 party committee) and 3 deputy department-level leaders. Set up a retired cadre section, 1 section chief. 1 main responsibilities: co-ordinate the development of the city's tourism industry, participate in the formulation of cross-regional tourism planning, formulate policies and measures for the development of the city's tourism industry, and organize and supervise the implementation.
