A trip for two
This is a trip for the two of us, and this trip is not easy. Husband is busy with work, so it is difficult to coordinate time. Summer in Wuhan is as innocent as a stove. I heard that Shennongjia is a summer resort, and we caught up with Hubei scenic spot for free tickets, so we happily decided to stay here. Originally planned for a five-day trip, there was an episode in the middle and it became seven days. Because of this, the whole trip was easier and some unexpected surprises were gained.
Day 1 day: Starting from Wuhan, a green expressway surrounded by mountains.
Shennongjia is more than 400 kilometers away from Wuhan, and there is no direct high-speed rail. Self-driving is the best choice, and the journey is nearly 6 hours. After passing through the plain areas such as Xiaogan Xiantao along the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway, it gradually entered the mountainous area, with the mountains getting higher and higher and the air getting better and better. The rolling mountains appear indigo, much like high-definition eye-protection wallpaper. Suddenly it rained, and soon the white fog in the mountains began to spread. Looking at the eyeful of green, I feel strangely comfortable.
The first destination of our trip is Zhaojun Village, located in Xingshan County, Yichang City, which is also the only way to Shennongjia. The first night's accommodation was booked at Zhaojun Villa in Xingshan County, which is said to be the best hotel in this county, but the environment is general and the facilities are very old. I found a huge bug on the wall at night, which made me nervous.
The next day: the most beautiful waterway, Zhaojun's hometown.
The next morning, I went to punch the beef steamed stuffed bun that was well evaluated in the county. It's really delicious and super affordable.
After breakfast, I drove to Zhaojun Village, which is close to Xingshan County, and stopped by Shennongjia, and didn't go back. Passing through the most beautiful waterway on the way, it seems to be the punching point in the network celebrities. On the roadside, I specially built the best viewing platform with a parking lot, and many tourists stopped to take pictures. This is a expressway completely built on water, also called Guzhao Highway, probably named after Zhaojun. The green hills on both sides of the river are reflected in the water, and the road twists and turns into an S-shape. Standing on the observation deck and looking down, it is really beautiful.
After taking enough photos, we went on to Zhaojun Village. This village is located on the banks of Xiangxi River. Because of the beauty of "sinking fish and falling geese", Wang Zhaojun grew up here and was named Zhaojun Village. The village is located halfway up the mountain, built by the mountain, picturesque and beautiful. There are many exhibitions about China's ancient culture and cultural relics in the scenic spot. Visiting a place and learning about its history and customs is probably one of the meanings of traveling.
The scenic spot is not very big, but we have been shopping for a long time. When we are tired of shopping, we will find a gazebo to sit down and rest, so don't worry. Very comfortable. At about two or three in the afternoon, I set out for Shennongjia. Go straight along National Highway 347. It is said that this is the only way from Xingshan to Shennongjia. The mountain road is not fast, so you can enjoy the scenery all the way. It didn't take long to reach a place called sight day. There are cliffs on both sides, and only a small line is exposed in the sky. There are two observation decks on the roadside, and there are many food stalls. The lower barbecue stall also played "dry wine if you don't sell it". The sound echoed throughout the valley and mixed with the flowing water. Although lively, it is not noisy. There is a cool breeze blowing in the mountains, so I don't want to go. Probably the feeling of Xanadu. Seeing many children playing in the water, we also went down to feel it. The weather is super cold, and the cold air forms a layer of fog on the water, which is illusory.
After a short stay, move on. An hour later, it has entered the Shennongjia border. There are fewer people and cars along the way, the terrain is getting higher and higher, the temperature is getting lower and lower, and it will feel a little cold without turning on the air conditioner. Shennongjia is really a super place suitable for go on road trip, with beautiful scenery and many small viewing platforms for parking. If you are not in a hurry, you can slow down and stop all the way.
Arrive at Muyu Town around 5 pm, and most people who come to Shennongjia live here. After resting in the hotel for a while, I began to go out to eat. This town is very lively. It is said that it is named Muyu Town because its shape resembles Muyu and is similar to the origin of Niuzhen in Lushan Mountain. We went to the potherb source of TOP 1 in the public comment list and ordered the most distinctive alpine cold-water fish hot pot. The fish is tender and fresh, and the method is very common. We didn't feel the amazing TOP 1, the price was expensive, and the scenic spot was acceptable.
The third day: Shennongding, Shennong Valley, seeing the mountains in the fog.
After breakfast on the third morning, I packed my luggage and checked out. I continued to go to Shennongding along National Highway 347, and stayed at Dipingqian Ancient Town where Dajiuhu Scenic Area is located at night. Another advantage of go on road trip is that you can change places around the scenic spots every day without worrying about your luggage.
Shennongding is more than 3000 meters above sea level, and the mountain road winds up. There are many small scenic spots and observation platforms along the way, and you can stop and watch them. Shennongying is a gathering place for starry sky lovers. In order to capture the most beautiful starry sky, many photographers set up camp here. Shennongying arrived at the watchtower not far away, known as "the first whistle in Central China", with a wide field of vision. There is a big parking lot at the top of the mountain. I once thought that place was Shennongding, because it was the highest place in the whole journey. Later, I learned that the real Shennongding is higher and more dangerous. It stands opposite the watchtower and is closed to ordinary tourists. It needs professional mountaineers to climb.
Another scenic spot that has to be mentioned is Shennong Valley, the entrance is near the watchtower, the entrance to the top of the mountain, all the way down the wooden plank road to the bottom of the valley, and then back to the top of the mountain. The route is U-shaped, there is no cable car, and the steps of 465,438+000 meters are all supported by legs. There are many tourists taking pictures at the entrance. One of them told us that it would take four hours to complete the whole journey. Some of them gave up taking pictures, while others went back after a short walk. The way down the mountain is really cool, because every time I walk on a platform, I feel that the scenery below is more beautiful and I want to continue walking down. Clouds freely shuttle between peaks, changing various shapes at the speed visible to the naked eye, with a tragic and suffocating beauty.
Many parents brought their children to experience it, and the children danced happily down the steps. A father told his children that every step you take now will come back later, um ... indeed, and it is double. I walked for about an hour and looked at the sign on the roadside. I only walked a quarter. I met a friend who came back from a trip and said it would take three hours. Look at the time. Besides, I really couldn't walk any further, so I decided to go back the same way. Going up the mountain is much more difficult than going down. Even walking and climbing mountains are like pouring lead into the calf, and each step is very difficult.
Not far from the entrance of Shennong Valley is the entrance of Big Footprint Secret Valley. The legendary savage haunts, but they should all be publicity stunts. The valley bottom is connected with Shennong Valley, forming a U-shaped line. The whole process is a wooden plank road step, built on a cliff, winding along the cliff, sometimes steep and sometimes flat.
After visiting Shennong Valley, I began to go down the mountain in another direction. The first one on the way down the mountain was Tianjiling. It's just an observation deck with a wide view, nothing special.
Continue down the mountain, pass by the charming journey, and come to Banbiyan, where the stone forest stands, which is said to be the place where Shennong set up a frame to collect medicine.
The last stop of Shennongding Scenic Area is Prince Cliff. It is said that Tang Zhongzong Li Xian was here when he was a prince, hence the name. There is a TV station in three provinces next to it. When the weather is clear, you can see Hubei, Shaanxi and Sichuan provinces. This scenic spot belongs to the plank road in the forest, and I prefer it. The forest is lush, the vegetation is lush, the temperature is cool and the air is fresh. It's a natural oxygen bar, the route is relatively flat, the whole journey is 1.5km, and it won't be very tired.
After visiting Prince Cliff, we went all the way down the mountain, out of Shennongding Scenic Area, and came to Qianping Ancient Town, a small town at the foot of the mountain. The town is very lively, near the evening, brightly lit, and the whole street is full of food and shelter. People here basically make a living by traveling, and they are close to Dajiu Lake, which is the only place to stay. There are many tourists in the peak season.
Day 4: Hubei "Hulunbeier" Dajiu Lake.
We have plenty of time this time. We are lazy every day. We wake up naturally and even the breakfast shop is closed. Finally, I found a stall and bought breakfast, leaving only soy milk and pasta. The proprietress said that she opened the door for business at four every morning. Many tourists come early for breakfast to watch the morning fog. Including the business hours of their breakfast, it is actually five or six hours. We just ate some dry food to deal with it, and then set off for Dajiu Lake.
Private cars are not allowed to enter Dajiu Lake. You have to transfer to the scenic bus. Tickets need to be purchased separately. Two people are 1 10 yuan. After entering the scenic spot, they will transfer to the scenic spot train. Before coming, I might think that Dajiu Lake is a big lake. After entering, I found that the mountains are surrounded and towering into the sky, forming a natural barrier, and Dajiu Lake is the alpine plain in this barrier and has the reputation of "Hulunbeier, Hubei". A stream above the plain connects nine small lakes in series. The route of the small train runs along the lake from one to nine in turn, and you can get off at any scenic spot for sightseeing. Lake No.1 has not been officially opened. We started to get off at Lake No.2, walked around and took photos along the wooden plank road until we reached Lake No.6. ..
There is a deer garden further away on Lake No.6. As long as Hua 10 yuan buys a bag of corn kernels, you can go in and take photos with sika deer. Many people who bring their children to play go straight here. There are too many people. We won't go in.
Lakes 7, 8 and 9 are far away from the lake in front, so there is no walking path to reach them. You need to continue to take the small train. These three lakes are close to the hillside, and some have dried up. The lake is covered with long weeds, and it is impossible to tell whether it is swamp or ground. Similarly, a wooden plank road was built along the lake. There are many small scenic spots along the way, such as ancient tombs in the Tang Dynasty, dead trees in spring, water caves, beautiful trees and so on. Seeing that there was still enough time, we strolled all the way. There is a shade on the side of the mountain, there is a light wind, and there are not many people, so it is very comfortable to walk.
In fact, none of the nine lakes in Dajiu Lake is as big as East Lake. As the city with the largest number of lakes in the city, Wuhan has long been used to it, so it is not particularly amazing. I have read many comments on the internet before, saying that the beauty of Dajiu Lake is like a fairyland, but we didn't feel it. Haha, it is said that the morning fog and sunset glow in Dajiu Lake are also a must, but I don't know what to do because I can't get up early and don't live in it at night. However, this is really a particularly suitable place to shoot. The lake under the lens is sparkling and clear as a mirror, and the mountains and clouds in the distance are reflected on the spotless water, which feels a bit like the sky.
After visiting Dajiu Lake, I continued to take the scenic bus back to Qianping Ancient Town and stayed here for two nights. I booked the B&B Tianhu Mountain Villa, and the accommodation conditions were average. This B&B inn has poor hardware facilities and poor hygiene. Online evaluation of their food is delicious. Every night, the meal is full of guests, and many tourists from other inns come here. We tried it for fame, too. It's very common.
Day 5: Tiansheng Bridge, a stone stream with light and shadow.
On the fifth day, I still got up at 9: 00 in the morning, set off at 10 and returned to Muyu Town. There is only one road between Muyu Town and Qianping Ancient Town, which must pass through Shennongding Scenic Area. In this way, we went to Shennongding again This morning, the clouds were thick and the fog was heavy. It was a unique scenery and an unexpected surprise.
It's nearly 2 hours' drive to Muyu Town. It's almost noon. I plan to have a rest first, then have lunch, and then go to the next scenic spot. Because the itinerary for the next two days was temporarily increased, I didn't book accommodation in advance. With the experience of staying in a hotel a few days ago, we chose to stay in a hotel this time. Sure enough, hotels are more reliable in this place. According to the online recommendation, we chose Shengjing Yijia, with much better facilities and convenient parking.
In the afternoon, I came to Tianshengqiao Scenic Area, which is 0/0 km away from Muyu Town/kloc. Looking at this name, I really didn't have much hope before, but this time it really surprised me. It was rated as the best scenic spot in this trip by both of us. It seems that I am superficial and should not speculate by name.
Tianshengqiao is located in Caiqi Village at the foot of Laojun Mountain in Shennongjia. The scenic spot is very small, very relaxed and cool. Waterfalls and natural stone bridges can be seen everywhere, which are very bright with the looming light and shadow between branches. I feel that the photos can no longer bear the spectacular sight. We also made many small videos.
Day 6: Xiangxi source, Guanmenshan, Shennong altar
On the sixth day, Xiangxi Garden, Guanmen Mountain and Shennongtan scenic spots were all near Muyu Town. Originally, I planned to go to Tianshengqiao scenic spot together on the first day, but because I didn't reserve tickets, I put them in the next two days. Xiangxi Garden, from the name, my intuition should be a beautiful place, with scenery similar to Tianshengqiao, stone bridges, waterfalls and a miniature version of Tianshengqiao. The water source is very clear, which is the local drinking water source. It is said that Wang Zhaojun used to wash his face here, and Shennong Yan Di used to wash medicine here.
Guanmen Mountain is the most boring attraction of my trip. I thought it was mountain climbing, but I didn't expect it to be an ecological popular science scenic spot integrating botanical gardens, zoos and museums. It seems that private cars were not allowed to enter before, so you need to transfer to free public transport. Probably after the ticket was exempted, the bus was changed to a charging item, allowing private cars to enter. We directly skipped many small scenic spots along the way. The first stop came to the bee garden. There were many small beehives hanging on the vertical cliff, which was quite spectacular. Then there is the panda house, where there is a lonely panda, only one, sleeping lazily. Then we also visited the Geomorphology Museum, the geological museum, the Herbarium Area and the Underground River. Others found it boring and went back.
Shennong altar is a scenic spot for offering sacrifices to Shennong, the ancestor of Yanhuang, Yan Di. The long stone steps show the sincerity of tourists to sacrifice. It was already noon when I arrived at Shennongtan, and I was already a little tired. I looked up and climbed up, because I was glad you came.
The main building of the altar is the colossus of Shennong bull's head, 2 1 m high, symbolizing the prosperity of the Chinese nation in 2 1 century, and 35 meters wide, which adds up to 56, symbolizing the unity of 56 ethnic groups. There are circular and square patterns on the ground of the sacrificial area, representing heaven and earth respectively, and the square is divided into five colors, representing golden wood fire, water and earth respectively. These are all told by the nearby tour guides, and tourists are also invited to step on them separately. If they are missing anything or don't know what they are missing, they should step on everything. Of course I don't believe this, but it sounds interesting.
Shennongtan is the last attraction of this trip, and it is still too early to end the tour. Considering that driving for more than six hours the next day was very tiring, we decided to leave Shennongjia first, stay in Xingshan for one night, and then return the next day. The accommodation and catering in Xingshan are better than Shennongjia, and it is also the only place to go to Shennongjia. It's a good choice to rest here. I booked the Holiday Inn Rome Star Mountain in the evening, and I had the best meal these days in my porridge shop next to the hotel.
Day 7: Return trip
Get up in the morning to eat beef buns punched out on the first day, which is super satisfying. Then I packed some and brought them back to Wuhan, and the week-long trip ended perfectly.
Shennongjia is really a summer resort. In Wuhan, 30-degree summer is like a stove, only 20 degrees. Wear a coat in the morning and evening, but remember to protect yourself from the sun. Ultra-strong ultraviolet rays. Because the temperature was super comfortable, we didn't even bother to bring our hats on the first day. As a result, we found that our skin was sunburned at night and our head peeled off when we came back.
