Cao Pengcheng’s biography

He once served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Changping District Committee of Beijing, director of the District Committee Office, and secretary of the Working Committee of the agencies directly under the District Committee.

From 2008 to October 2014, he served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Tourism Development Commission (Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Tourism Bureau).

From October 2014 to October 2015, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor of Nanyang Municipal People's Government (temporary position).
