The origin of Aishan Hot Spring International Tourism Resort

Aishan Hot Spring was built in the early Ming Dynasty. Ancient people gathered stones to make a pool to store hot springs for cleansing and curing diseases. According to legend, during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, people built a temple on it and ordered Taoist priests to guard it. During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, Lu Zuofan of Denglai Qingdao visited Qi and was very happy after bathing. He donated money to buy forty acres of land for Taoist priests. Hua, built six houses, divided into three pools: Guan Tang, Min Tang and Nv Tang. The People's Liberation Army's 144 Hot Spring Sanatorium has dug three hot spring wells and made full use of the hot spring water as an auxiliary treatment for various diseases. It has achieved good curative effects. On average, more than 60,000 people receive hot spring treatment every year. In 2004, Rongji (Yantai) Tourism Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qingdao Rongji Group, invested heavily in building the Aishan Hot Spring International Tourism Resort.
