2023 Xiaogan Marathon is a marathon event sponsored by Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau and Xiaogan Municipal People's Government and undertaken by Xiaogan Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau. After the race, China's Cen Wanjiang won the men's marathon at 2: 19: 40. Gebre Alemaz Tilahun from Ethiopia won the women's marathon in 2 hours, 43 minutes and 48 seconds.

After the closing time, the corresponding sections will gradually resume open social traffic. Players who withdraw from the competition or are closed can take the coach provided by the organizing Committee to reach the finish line, but they can't get medals and performance certificates. The organizing committee will conduct video surveillance on the starting point, the track along the way and the end point.

If you use false information to obtain the qualification or transfer the number cloth to participate in the competition, once verified by the organizing Committee, you will be responsible for all the consequences arising in the competition, and the organizing Committee will ban the transferor and the transferee for life.
