On September 27, the Beihai Park Wanfo Tower ruins and the Great Buddha Hall were officially opened to the public. The Daibutsuden is the main building of Zenfukuji Temple. On the north shore of Beihai, Wulong Pavilion North is an important place for the royal family to hold activities to pray for blessings and birthdays. Wanfo Tower is located in the Xiaoxitian Scenic Area on the west side of Zenfu Temple. It was built by Emperor Qianlong in 1770 to celebrate his mother's 80th birthday.
