Article 8 The tourism administrative department of the Municipal People's Government shall regularly summarize and analyze the development status and future trends of accommodation enterprises in this Municipality, prepare a report on the development of the accommodation industry, and publish it in accordance with the relevant provisions of government information disclosure.
Article 9 The relevant industry associations of accommodation enterprises shall, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and rules, give full play to the role of industry self-discipline and service, and carry out the following activities:
(a) according to the different types of accommodation enterprises, formulate, promote and implement the corresponding industry service standards;

The municipal people's tourism administrative department shall announce the national and local management and service standards to the public.
Fourteenth relevant administrative departments shall regularly carry out vocational skills training for accommodation enterprises.
Accommodation enterprises should establish a vocational training system, extract and use staff training funds in accordance with state regulations, organize employees to participate in business training and pre-job training in combination with the actual situation of their own units, conduct vocational skills training for employees in a planned way, and make training records.
Fifteenth accommodation enterprises should take measures to guide passengers to consume energy and protect the environment; With the consent of passengers, the provision of disposable consumables and the cleaning times of room supplies can be reduced.
The municipal people's environmental protection administrative department shall timely summarize the methods and experiences of implementing energy conservation and environmental protection in accommodation enterprises, and popularize and apply them.
Sixteenth qualified accommodation enterprises shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions and standards of the state and this Municipality, configure barrier-free facilities to ensure the safety and convenience of the disabled, the elderly and other groups.
Accommodation enterprises shall regularly check, maintain and update barrier-free facilities to ensure the normal use of barrier-free facilities.
Article 17 The tourism administrative department of the Municipal People's Government shall implement the star rating standards of tourist hotels, and may entrust an assessment agency with corresponding qualifications to implement the star rating of tourist hotels.
Encourage, guide and support the development of social hotels to tourist star hotels, green tourist hotels and cultural theme hotels.
Accommodation enterprises that meet the star rating conditions of tourist hotels may apply for star rating to the star rating agencies of tourist hotels with corresponding qualifications in accordance with the star rating standards of tourist hotels.
It is strictly forbidden for accommodation enterprises to use the star-rated signs of tourist hotels without authorization and use the star-rated standard terms of tourist hotels in a misleading way.
Article 18 The tourism administrative department of the Municipal People's Government shall, jointly with relevant administrative departments, regularly inspect the service quality of accommodation enterprises. For accommodation enterprises whose business services meet the standards, the municipal people's tourism administration department will issue a business license to the US government.

Twenty-fourth staff of accommodation enterprises should use standardized and civilized Mandarin to provide services, and advocate the use of foreign languages to provide services.
Article 25 The services provided by accommodation enterprises shall not include the following contents:
(a) damage to national interests and national dignity.
(2) Ethnic, racial, religious and gender discrimination.
(3) Obscene superstition.
(4) Other contents prohibited by laws and regulations.
Twenty-sixth accommodation enterprises shall go through the registration formalities in accordance with the provisions. In addition to the following circumstances, the accommodation enterprise shall not refuse the accommodation of passengers:
(1) Carrying animals.
