Shenmu Lei is located in Baoxing County, Sichuan Province, about 5 kilometers away from the county seat and about 3 meters above sea level. Shenmulei Original Ecological Scenic Area is located in the west of Chakezang Township, Baoxing County, and is a part of Jin Jia Mountain National Forest Park and Jin Jia Mountain, a provincial scenic spot.

From Chengdu via Chengya Expressway, after arriving at Baoxing along Qingyi River, you can reach the gate of the scenic spot along the mountain road. The road from Baoxing to Shenmulei is a provincial road with good road conditions and beautiful roadside scenery.

Tickets for Baoxing can be bought at Ya 'an Bus Terminal and Ximen Station. After arriving in Baoxing, there is a direct bus to Shenmu base, but there are not many flights.
