There used to be no buses on the island, so taking a taxi was more expensive. But I heard that you can take the bus now, but I don’t know if the price has been adjusted.

Things on the island are transported by ship, so the things on the island are more expensive than those outside. Even snacks are only 5 cents more expensive.
