You can buy everything you can buy in Beijing. Except for authentic red sausages, some food in Harbin cannot be bought in Beijing. The round-trip train from Beijing to Harbin costs 600 per person, and accommodation is 150 per night. You can find both cheap and expensive ones. Not much money to eat.
