Two-day trip to Hangzhou - routes and scenic spots
I have been planning this trip to Hangzhou for a long time. I wanted to go there in the beautiful spring months of March and April, but They were unable to make the trip due to various reasons. This time, I finally had time to go, but it was a pity that the spring was no longer here and I could only enjoy the scenery of early summer. It was always a bit regretful. Although Hangzhou has scenery all year round, I still think the scenery in spring is the best, especially around the West Lake. Therefore, I decided to focus this trip on the scenic spots around Hangzhou. West Lake is just a small episode. .
D1: 5/29 Hangzhou weather: cloudy to cloudy, light rain from time to time, muggy
Train N509 (33 yuan), departs from Shanghai New Passenger Station at 7:20, 9: 50 arrived at Hangzhou Station and was speechless all the way. As soon as you get off the train, go to the ticket office to buy a return ticket (be sure to buy it early if you have tight tickets on weekends). We walked from the train station to the hotel (why walk? Please see "Summary" for details). The hotel we booked was Qingyu Inn on Hefang Street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the train station to the inn. Our Hangzhou tour officially started at 12:00.
First stop: Feilaifeng (20 yuan) IC card is free, Lingyin Temple (20 yuan) IC card is not required
Take a taxi from Wushan Square to Lingyin, this is also The only time we took a taxi (20 yuan) during our trip to Hangzhou was to Lingyin Temple. The first scenic spot when you turn left after entering the gate is Feilai Peak.
Feilai Peak is said to be a small mountain peak that flew from India. From our perspective, it is actually just a small mountain, but there is a cave in this mountain. The ancients opened many caves in the mountains, all of which are connected to each other. On the stone walls of each cave, there are lifelike statues of Buddha and gods, some sitting or standing, some kind or ferocious. The most famous one is the Tathagata on the outer wall of the mountain. There is a statue of Buddha, and tourists often come here to take pictures. In addition, there is a long stone in the cave. It is said that if people touch this stone from beginning to end, it will bring you good luck in the year. There is also a stone statue of the God of Wealth which is also a must-see for tourists. It is said that touching the stone three times with your hands Putting the hand of the God of Wealth into your trouser pocket will bring you wealth. Naturally, we will not miss these. We have touched them one by one and wonder if there will be good luck and wealth this year. There are many fun and interesting places in Feilaifeng, and it is still worth a visit.
Lingyin Temple needs no further introduction. It is so famous that Buddhist believers should come here to worship. An ancient temple that has inherited the worship of pilgrims for many years should be very effective. The temple is magnificent and worth a visit.
It was already 2:00 in the afternoon when we finished visiting Lingyin Temple. I had a bowl of plain noodles (10 yuan) at a restaurant near the scenic spot and it tasted good. I replenished my energy and continued on to the next stop.
Second stop: Jiuxi Eighteen Streams, Longjing Village
It is not very convenient to go to Jiuxi from Lingyin Temple, so we took a lot of unnecessary steps. Take Line Y2 (3 yuan) to Sudi and transfer to K... (2 yuan) (I forgot the specific bus name, the station is opposite) and the terminal station is Jiuxi. You can see a sign as soon as you get off the car (3 kilometers to Jiuxi scenic spot), so we cheered up and started the long hike. After half an hour's walk, we arrived at Jiuxi Yanshu Park. The park is small, but the scenery is very good, especially the small lake at the entrance. The lake reflects the green mountains and green trees very beautifully (the photos taken are very PP! See the picture) , there is a man-made waterfall in the park which is very interesting, but when we went there it was cloudy and the photos we took were not good because it was too dark. After strolling around for a while, we left the park and headed to the famous Nine Streams and Eighteen Streams.
Jiuxi Eighteen Streams, as the name suggests, has nine small streams, but I have never understood why there are still eighteen streams. The streams in Jiuxi are all lying on the mountain road. You can see a stream after walking for a while, and the water is very clear. , the sound of the stream is particularly beautiful and can relax you. The air in the mountains is fresh and the humidity is high, so it can produce negative ions. Walking here is like taking a bath for your internal organs. It makes people feel refreshed. So walking down the 6 kilometers of mountain road, I didn’t feel special. Very tired (the truth is, my calves started to feel sore the next day, which was really due to my lack of exercise). Beyond Jiuxi is Longjing Village. Every household here sells tea. They set up tents at the door to invite you to drink tea. In fact, they are promoting their own tea. I don’t dare to buy it because I don’t understand tea. If friends who know the industry go, I think you can go take a look and taste it. The people in Longjing Village are very wealthy. It seems that every family has a car and their houses are well built. (Note: It takes about 3 hours to walk from Jiuxi to Longjing, which is about 6-7 kilometers)
When we get to Longjing, we can take bus 27 (2 yuan) back to the city. We originally wanted to take the Xin We then went down to the Broken Bridge from Xin Hotel, but because we didn’t hear the station announcement clearly and oversat, we could only sit until the terminal station. Then we walked back to Hefang Street via West Lake (it’s a long journey, half an hour, we didn’t take a taxi to save money)
D2: 5/30 Hangzhou weather: overcast with showers, moderate rainfall. It was muggy
We slept until we woke up naturally that day, got up at 8:30 to freshen up, checked out at 9:00, left our travel bags at the inn, and continued our journey.
First stop: Hu Qingyutang (free), Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 yuan)
A traditional Chinese medicine store with a very distinctive building, so we just wandered around without entering the Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine. , you can also go and take a look if you have the opportunity.
Second stop: Hu Xueyan’s former residence (20 yuan), the price difference is 5 yuan when paying with IC card
A newly developed attraction, well worth a visit. It only takes a short walk from Hu Qingyutang to Hu Xueyan’s former residence. It is best to ask a tour guide to explain it to this scenic spot, because the main focus of the visit here is the architecture and house layout. If you see it by yourself, you may not understand it and you will find it boring. We were lucky. We met a group of tourists who asked a tour guide to explain the largest Taihu stone, the building with hundreds of lions, the mirror presented by the British, the four buildings of spring, summer, autumn and winter, etc. I understand that the most distinctive feature of the former residence is the back garden. It is truly a mahjong house with all five internal organs, including a small river, stone bridges, pavilions and pavilions. The layout is not like ordinary Jiangnan gardens, and it has a unique charm. At about 10:00 after the tour, walk to Gulou and take Line Y6 (3 yuan) to Huanglong Cave
The third stop: Huanglong Folk Garden (20 yuan) pay the difference of 4 yuan with IC card
The Huanglong Tucui is a well-known landscape in Hangzhou. To be honest, this scenic spot is really not interesting. The so-called Huanglong Tucui is a golden faucet that spits out water. The main purpose of coming here is to pay homage to Yue Lao and draw a marriage lottery (hehe! ), it is said to be very effective. Go to the Yue Lao Ancestral Hall and pay homage to Grandpa Yue first, then pay ten yuan to draw lots from the bottles marked with (marriage, love, wealth, official, etc.), and then go to the side where someone will interpret the lots for you. You can look for it in this scenic spot. There is a "Yuan" character paved with stones. You can sit in the middle and take a photo. It is quite interesting. End the tour around 12:00 and take the Y5 line (3 yuan) across the road to Hupao
The fourth stop: Hupao (20 yuan) IC card is free
Just come to Hupao Those who come to Pinquan to see the springs should walk up the mountain road and be accompanied by small streams all the way. This stream flows down from Hupao Spring. It is a sight to see people queuing up with buckets to fill the water on the mountain. The trees on the mountain road are lush and the air is fresh and slow. It feels really comfortable to walk slowly on the stone road. After a short walk, we arrived at Hupao Spring. If you came to see the spring, you will definitely be disappointed, because the spring is covered and you cannot see it. But if you come to taste spring, you will not be disappointed. There are several teahouses on the mountain that serve Longjing brewed with spring water. It is really leisurely to buy a cup and taste it carefully. There is a memorial hall for Li Shutong (Master Hongyi) on the mountain. You can go and pay your respects when you have time. 14:30 After the tour, take K504 (2 yuan) for two stops to reach Liuhe Pagoda
Fifth stop: Liuhe Pagoda Park (20 yuan) IC card is free, Liuhe Pagoda (10 yuan) is not free
p>
Liuhe Pagoda Park is very small and has nothing to say. The main thing is that there is an ancient pagoda museum that you can visit and gain some knowledge. There is an additional fee to go up to the Liuhe Tower. Climbing the tower is really a chore, and it is a physical job for me as an office worker. Climbing up to the highest floor of the tower, I was not only tired but also disappointed because the weather was bad that day and the visibility was poor. Basically, I couldn’t see any scenery. The Qianlu River was white, the sea and the sky were the same color, and the Qianlu River Bridge was only vaguely visible. , if the weather is good, the scenery should be endless.
After visiting the Liuhe Pagoda, I still had plenty of time, so I headed to the West Lake. Because I had visited the West Lake before and the weather was bad and it had been raining, I just took a walk along the embankment to watch the West Lake in the rain.
Go to the hotel to pick up your luggage at 16:45 and arrive at the train station at 17:00. The train leaves at 17:24 and arrives at Shanghai Station at 19:50.
After my two-day trip to Hangzhou, I still have something to say in retrospect. The city of Hangzhou is nice and clean, especially the tourist attractions with beautiful green buildings, but some subtleties still need to be improved. I sincerely hope that tomorrow will be better in Hangzhou
