Brief introduction of Daming Lake scenic spot in Jinan

1, Daming Lake, one of the three major historical sites in Jinan, Shandong Province. Located in the north of the old city of Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, it is formed by the confluence of many springs in Jinan, and the lake water flows into Xiaoqing River through Lishui. The water surface area is 57.7 hectares and the average water depth is 2~3 meters. Daming Lake, with beautiful scenery and clear water color, is one of the core components of the national 5A-level tourist scenic spot-the first spring scenic spot in the world.

Daming Lake has a long history, and there are many buildings and natural landscapes to commemorate the achievements and whereabouts of the ancients, such as Lixia Pavilion, Tiegong Temple, Xiaocanglang, Arctic Pavilion, Huibo Building, Nanfeng Temple, Yuyuan Garden and Jiaxuan Temple, which have attracted scholars and poets of all ages to mourn and chant. After the Tang Dynasty, all poets left famous poems.

3. After liberation, the park was officially built in 1957. After several renovations and beautification, it has become one of the famous tourist attractions in Jinan.

The water level of Daming Lake can be adjusted by sluice. Generally, the water depth is 2 ~ 3 meters, and the storage capacity of flat tanks is 830,000 cubic meters, while the general storage capacity is only 320,000 cubic meters. According to the measured data of1967 from May to July, the spring water entering the lake is 354,000 cubic meters, the sewage entering the lake is only 0. 1 10,000 cubic meters, and the cleaning ratio is 33.2: 1. /kloc-since the 1970s, due to the over-exploitation of groundwater in urban areas, the groundwater level has dropped and then dropped, and the amount of spring water has decreased year by year or even dried up. However, the amount of sewage entering the lake is increasing day by day, and water pollution is quite serious. 1980 after the implementation of the water diversion project from Wulongtan to Daming Lake in May, clean water can be introduced into the lake irregularly, which has a certain effect on improving the water quality of the lake.

The bottom of Daming Lake is impervious igneous rock, so the spring water can't be discharged. Coupled with a reasonable drainage system, it has formed the characteristics of not rising in rainy season and not dying after a long drought.
