Mahao Park 1

Qingdao Mahao Canal Park is located in Huangdao District, Qingdao. Because the park was built on the Ma Canal, it is called Ma Canal Park for short. Ma Hao Park covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and is located in the urban life and business district. Founded in 1997, its main function is to provide citizens with daily leisure and fitness activities.

2. Tangdao Bay

The office building of Huangdao District Government and Qingdao Economic Development Zone Working Committee faces the beautiful Tangdao Bay. Tangdao Bay is surrounded by two headlands, and the mouth of the bay is the famous Tangdao. Tangdao is very small, only 0.07 square kilometers, but it is very famous. According to legend, during the Tang Dynasty, Emperor Taizong personally led the navy to the East and stationed on this island, so it was called Tang Island.

3. Xuejia Island

Xuejia Island, known as "Phoenix Island" in ancient times, is located in Huangdao District of Qingdao Economic Development Zone on the west bank of Jiaozhou Bay, facing Tuandao across the sea, 2.26 nautical miles apart. It is a national tourist resort.

4. Qingdao Shell Museum

Qingdao Shell Museum is located on the bank of Tangdao Bay in Qingdao West Coast New District. It is a private shell museum with the theme of shells, integrating shell research, collection, popular science education and cultural tourism. It covers an area of about 2,600 square meters and has the largest beach runway in China.

5. Dingjiahe Park

Dingjiahe River is located in Huangdao District, Qingdao. It originates from Muling Mountain behind the development zone government, flows from northeast to southwest, and finally flows into Tangdao Bay Sea. Dingjiahe River is 2.5 kilometers long and about 20 meters wide. Its water source now has Dingjiahe Reservoir, and the Huangdao Campus of Qingdao University of Technology is built here.
