The whole territory of Muzhaling is divided into three major tourist areas: Jiuqianggou, virgin forest and GuanMao Feng, among which Guanmao Tiancheng, Tianhe Waterfall, towering ancient trees, wonderful lingshi, flowing spring reflecting vegetables, fairy mirror of clouds, moon shadow of Songhua and Mulou are collectively called "Eight Scenes of Muzhaling".

The scenic area is large, so tourists can spend two days visiting Muzhaling (there is no need to buy tickets the next day), and there are many farmhouses and hotels around the scenic area to stay in.

When tourists visit the scenic spot, they can walk or take the scenic spot bus (the fare is not included in the scenic spot ticket), but when there are many people on weekends or holidays, the waiting time of the bus is long (sometimes about two hours), so tourists need to be mentally prepared. In Muzhaling Scenic Area, due to the high forest coverage, the temperature in the mountains is lower than that in Luoyang city, which is cooler. If you are a weak and cold tourist, you'd better put on long clothes and trousers in summer.

Luoyang Muzhaling primitive eco-tourism area is located in the southeast of Songxian County, Luoyang City. It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot and the first original ecological tourist area in Henan Province. It belongs to Funiu Mountain National Nature Reserve and is a world geological park.

Total area 125 square kilometers, forest coverage rate of 98.5%.

Among them, the tourist area covers an area of 40 square kilometers, and there is no trace of more than 20 square kilometers so far. It consists of three major tourist areas: Jiuqianggou, Primitive Forest and Guanmaofeng.

It is 20 kilometers away from Luoyang/Kloc-0, and Zheng Shi Expressway, National Highway 3 1 1 and Limu Highway directly reach the scenic spot. The scenic spot is adjacent to Stone Man and Baiyun Mountain in the east and west.

Muzhaling Tourist Area is located in the hinterland of Funiu Mountain, the transitional zone between the north temperate zone and the subtropical zone, and on the important geographical dividing line between Qinling Mountain and Huaihe River. The special geographical location breeds unique primitive and colorful biological resources. The tourist area covers a total area of 40 square kilometers, of which 20 square kilometers are virgin forests with no traces of human activities. The vast and deep virgin forest is the kingdom of plants and the paradise of animals. According to the investigation, there are more than 20 kinds of national protected plants such as Primula, Fraxinus mandshurica, Elm, Warm Tree and Lithospermum, and more than 260 kinds of higher animals such as leopard, roe deer and antelope in the scenic spot.

The huge and close biological chain of animals and plants all shows the magic of nature. The average daily temperature here in summer does not exceed 26℃, which is the best place for summer vacation and leisure.
