The ancient buildings in the village include Zhang's "Thousand Pillars House", a large-scale private house built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1792). The house has three entrances, 18 large and small patios, and 102 rooms. The houses are connected to each other, and are organically combined into a large yard with a large scale and complete structure. It covers an area of ??more than 30 acres and has 712 wooden columns, so it is known as the "Thousand Columns". After 1984, Baimao Village took advantage of its convenient transportation and close proximity to the county seat to successively set up a parking lot, built a brick and tile factory and a building component prefabrication yard, and expanded the hardware factory into a mechanical components factory. , a new granite factory was built, forming a village-level enterprise with building materials as the leader. There are currently 110 industrial enterprises, and 50% of the villagers in the village work as employees in the enterprises. Salaries and bonuses have become the main source of villagers' income. At the same time, the tertiary industry is being developed. The village has more than 50 catering, tourism and accommodation businesses; more than 10 car repair businesses; more than 50 people engaged in short-distance transportation, more than 50 cars and tractors; and more than 70 people engaged in the construction industry. In 2006, the village's total industrial output value was 95.9 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 8,081 yuan.
