Is it easy to get a Mexican visa?

There are two ways to apply for a Mexican visa. The first one is that China Travel Agency handles foreign visas. When contacting China Travel Agency to apply for a visa, you can provide relevant personal materials you need. The second way is to do it yourself. You need to determine the purpose and specific itinerary of going to Mexico, log in to official website, the Mexican Embassy in China, download the visa application form, and prepare the materials needed for the visa. Visa applicants must go to the consular office of the embassy or consulate to collect fingerprints and take photos, interview, submit visa application materials, pay visa application fees, wait for visas or supplementary materials, and get visas.

1. What information does a travel agency need to apply for a visa?

Third, Mexico visa application materials

(1) Non-labor visit visa:

People, journalists or religious figures who apply to go to Mexico to engage in business activities, provide technical support, study in schools affiliated to the Mexican education system, and transit through other countries for no more than 180 days should submit the following materials to the Embassy and Consulate of China in Mexico according to the consular district:

4. If the applicant is under 18, the visa application form must be signed by both parents (if only one parent is accompanied or unaccompanied, the other party or both parties need to agree in writing to the applicant's visa application and notarize it);

(two) according to the purpose of travel to provide the required materials:

1. Property certificate (original and photocopy) in the name of the applicant or related person, and stable occupation certificate with working time of more than two years;

2. The original and photocopy of the real estate under the name of the applicant, and the original and photocopy of the relevant documents issued by the government department to confirm the shareholding operation or ownership (applicable to the legal representative of the company and the company has been established for more than 2 years);

3. Original and photocopy of the investment activity certification document, or the original and photocopy of the bank account statement in 900 yuan showing that the average monthly balance in the last six months is about 65,438+05;

(3) To apply for a student's temporary residence visa, the following materials shall be provided:

1. Original and photocopy of valid passport or other travel identity documents;

3. For the purpose of learning, it is necessary to provide: the original admission notice of an educational institution affiliated to Mexico's national education system; Proof of economic ability to pay.

4. For the purpose of family reunion, it should be provided according to different situations: if the applicant's spouse is a foreign student with a short-term residence permit in Mexico or a foreigner with a short-term residence visa in Mexico, the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate or other documents provided by the relevant departments to prove their marriage relationship should be provided; If the applicant's child is a foreign student with a short-term residence permit in Mexico or a foreigner with a short-term residence visa in Mexico, the original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate must be provided; If the applicant's father or mother is a foreign student with a short-term residence permit in Mexico or a foreigner with a short-term residence visa in Mexico, and the applicant is an unmarried minor, or is still under the supervision of his parents for other reasons, the original and photocopy of the applicant's birth certificate must be provided.

At present, the Mexican embassy in China is divided into three consular districts: Beijing consular district, Guangzhou consular district and Shanghai consular district:

Legal basis:

Article 9 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration stipulates that China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country. China citizens who want to go to other countries or regions also need to obtain visas or other entry permits.

Article 1 of the "Request for Instructions on Relaxing the Examination and Approval Conditions for Going Abroad for Private Purposes" stipulates that when the local public security organ approves the applicant to go abroad and issue a passport, it can explain to the holder that China Travel Agency can apply for a foreign visa.
