In the second stage, the project will also build a wetland artificial lake, a healthy hotel, the company's headquarters will be listed, gardens, green spaces and other perfect supporting functions.

Project objective: Based on the advantages of enterprise resources, mass consumption demand and the overall situation of regional tourism development, with Zen as the carrier and culture as the opportunity, the project aims to build an industrial complex integrating health care features, cultural display, private ordering, financing, performing arts, holiday tourism and forums, and realize the sustainable development strategy of "originating from Zen and surpassing Zen".

Three. Project personnel composition and work requirements

The project general manager is fully responsible for the overall work of the project department, independently arranges the division of responsibilities and work contents of the project department members, independently determines the performance appraisal standards, and ensures that all work contents required by the objectives are completed within the time specified by the company.

(1) reward

After the project general manager completes the responsibility target according to the requirements of this responsibility letter, the company will reward the project manager according to the following principles, and the bonus will be dominated by the project manager:

1, the construction period is completed ahead of schedule and the acceptance is up to standard, and all the rewards obtained by the company according to the contract are distributed by the project general manager.

If the final evaluation result of the project quality exceeds the quality target, the company will issue a one-time bonus to the general manager of the project if it wins the high-quality project in the industry, autonomous region or national level. The quality evaluation results shall be subject to the award-winning certificate.

? 3. If the project safety production is rewarded by trade unions, autonomous regions and the state, the general manager of the project will be given a one-time bonus. The evaluation should be based on the award certificate. 4. If the project management personnel save costs due to careful organization, reasonable control and adoption of new technologies and new processes, the company will reward them as appropriate, and the reward standard will be determined separately.

(2) Punishment

1. If the project progress target is not completed, the project department shall bear the delay loss of the construction period as agreed in the contract, and the general manager of the project shall bear the main responsibility.

? 2. If the project quality can't meet the quality objectives and quality excellence objectives, the company will give certain punishment as appropriate, and the expenses shall be borne by the project department.

? 3, safety accident punishment according to the relevant rules and regulations of the company, the expenses shall be borne by the project general manager himself.

? 4, due to poor management, resulting in an increase in engineering costs, rewards as the case may be, the punishment standard shall be determined separately.

? 6. Conditions and methods for dismissing the project manager?

(a) the project manager was dismissed in the following circumstances

? 1) Violates laws, regulations, departmental rules, standards and company management rules and regulations, causing adverse effects, or showing signs of obviously failing to achieve the objectives set out in this Responsibility Letter.

? 2) The project manager is unable to manage the project due to his physical condition, the company's work needs and other work arrangements. ?

3) There is a major mistake in project management, and the project manager is replaced. ?

4) Others are detrimental to the corporate image of the company, resulting in irreparable and serious consequences. ?

(2) If the project manager changes, the new project manager will continue to implement the project management objective responsibility book. This project management objective responsibility book will take effect after being signed by both parties.

After the signing of the project target management responsibility book, it will be kept by the archives reference room, and the project operation department and the finance department will conduct target assessment and cash according to its contents. ?
