Learn to think in a frame.

Hello, I'm @ Techeng, welcome to exchange powder.

This article mainly talks about three points. First, it briefly talks about the framework, and then explains the use of mind maps through three situations. These situations are closely related to our life and work.

Let me share with you some guide maps I made. So far, there should be more than 40 mind maps, including reading notes, travel planning, and learning PPT, AI, Photoshop, lightroom and so on. The following is the plan to travel to Suzhou at the beginning of the year.

When I really started to learn PPT seriously, I made a learning framework for beginners and beginners of PPT:

In addition, I am also very interested in time management, so I summarized my uncle's time management essay system.

There are many more, so I won't say much. Dry goods, the problem is coming.

We have accumulated many frameworks in our study and work, such as 5w 1h, SWOT model, fishbone diagram, result and cause analysis, Porter's five marketing management forces, Boston matrix and so on.

Framework is a very empty concept. To concretize this content is a mind map. There are many softwares such as Novamind, Mindmanager, Xmind, etc. Here, we only take Xmind as an example. After opening Xmind software, there are the following templates:

This is the framework, which was summarized by predecessors, so making good use of the existing framework can greatly improve our thinking efficiency. After sharing, I will release the map version shared this time.

Here are several situations to see how to use mind mapping to help us improve our thinking ability.

Nowadays, there are numerous information and books, so it is particularly important to read and absorb the essence of a book efficiently and quickly. There are two points involved here:

I recommend the following two methods:

1. refers to a reading method that eliminates interference.

In fact, our brains receive information much faster than we thought. Why can't we read? Because there are cell phones nearby, chatting with gay friends and numerous temptations. Finger reading can improve our attention.

2.3-2- 1 reading method.

Take out a book and find a passage that you have never read.

First read with your fingers, read at your normal reading speed for three minutes, and mark it;

Then ask you to reread what you read in the first step in two minutes and finish it as much as possible;

It was finished at the last minute.

There are many other methods like this, but I think it is very effective.

Second, to be efficient, fast light is not enough. We should grasp the core of the content, simplify the complex and get to the point.

Mind mapping comes in handy at this time. Here I recommend a method that many people have never tried, that is, the upgraded 3-2- 1 reading method:

The first step is to read as much as possible in 3 minutes, pay attention to the key words as much as possible, close the book after reading, and make a visual card of this part from memory, which may be incomplete, but it doesn't matter.

The second step is to ask yourself which part of the eye chart is not perfect and which part is not understood, and then read it in two minutes with questions, so as to improve the eye chart. The visual card is more complete than the first step. Of course, there is still room for improvement.

The third step is to complete it in one minute and continue to improve it. Please note that if one of the steps fails to meet the requirements, it is necessary to repeat the step until it is completed.

It may not be suitable for training at first, so you can try the finger reading method first, then the 3-2- 1 reading method, and then alternately train the 3-2- 1 reading method.

To sum up, the content of this part:

In fact, most people take linear notes. The disadvantage is that it is troublesome to narrate by points, which does not conform to the habit of divergent thinking of the brain; If the handwriting is scrawled, you can't understand it at all. What's more, if it is too full, it is difficult to add notes.

Then map notes break through the above bottleneck, and it is very easy to add content because of the divergent thinking habits of the brain. Do you find that the author will have a preface/preface/editor's note in any textbook or book? I guess you just skipped it while reading. In fact, there is a big article in it. The author will put the idea of writing this book and the arrangement of chapters in the preface, and combined with the catalogue, he can quickly know the clues of the article.

Some authors even prepared the mind map of the book directly in the preface, such as the promotion of Xiao Qiang's teacher @ Zou Xin, super fast reading and so on. These are the reference materials for our mind mapping. In addition, the first few paragraphs or the last few paragraphs of each chapter will summarize the contents of the chapter, which should also attract our attention.

In fact, since last year, I have tried to make some course mind maps to consolidate my review. In fact, it effectively improves the memory effect. This is the content of advanced measurement. It is difficult to review without clarifying the connection of knowledge points. It will be much better after clearing the thread.

For another example, I just finished taking the advanced microeconomics exam last night, so I'd like to share my review outline. The handouts of this exam are all formulas, and there are nearly 40 formulas in one chapter. How to remember? There is a trick. After reading it twice, I made the following two pages of notes, which are actually two theories: adverse selection and moral hazard.

You get dizzy after reading it, right? I feel dizzy, too. It doesn't matter. Keep simplifying. Finally, I got the main content of a page.

Finally, when preparing for CPA, I suddenly found that official website, an accountant in Dongao, had a mind map outline of six subjects, which only appeared in the last two years, showing the power of mind map.

Mind mapping is not only suitable for reading and reviewing exams, but also plays a great role in making infographics and PPT. Let's investigate the habit of doing PPT first. If you get the theme of PPT, you will not hesitate to open the PPT software and call the students who are doing PPT 1 while searching for information.

At first, I was like everyone else. Now it is increasingly felt that a good framework can make better works. Personally, I feel that I can press and hold the following steps to complete the work:

5W 1H is recommended.

What: What topics were shared and what sub-contents were there;

When: when is it required to be completed? According to the timetable.

Who: Who is the audience?

Why: Why do you want to do PPT? What is the ultimate goal?

Which: Do I have to use PPT? Blackboard books, infographics, maybe there are other better ways.

How to: How to convey information effectively.

In fact, when you really do it, you should write like a god, not think while doing it.

Layout and color matching are the last things, which can be constantly adjusted in the process.

Finally, spoil how I wrote a PPT summary:

On May 28th, the grand prize list of "Talking about Wanda in My Eyes" was announced! The wechat article was pushed and I read it. In the end, my uncle also sent some regrets:

First of all, I turned over all the works and saved about 80 works. Then I read them from beginning to end and made a mind map while watching them. The final result is as follows:

After the production was finished, I thought it was over (uncle's article said so). However, eggs are useless. Uncle answered two words: "I want to change"; I realized that in the era of mobile reading, even the best content, if not presented in a good form, is also a failure. Then the next day I worked hard to write Weibo's article, typeset it with 135 editor and published it. The typesetting alone took more than half an hour.

That's all I shared this time. The following is the map version I shared this time:

Finally, I recommend some expanded reading materials for mind maps:

① Falcon's learning and exploration blog;

2 books "Super Fast Reading";

3 "Persuasiveness: Work PPT should do this";

By the way, a book "How to read a book efficiently" written by Uncle Akiba has been reserved to teach us to establish a framework for systematic thinking. Please poke here for details and purchase links of the book.
