II. Selection conditions

3. Selection Procedure

The selection of teachers shall be carried out in accordance with the release of selection information, registration, preliminary qualification review, written examination, interview, comprehensive evaluation, physical examination, signing of agreement, etc.

2. Registration

(1) On-site registration

3. Preliminary review of qualifications

4. Written test

(1) Written test time and place. 15:00-17:00 on February 22, 2020. The written test location is located at the No. 1 Primary School in the High-tech Zone. Participants must bring their ID cards and admission tickets to take the exam on time.

(2) Method content. The written test adopts a closed-book format and covers subject knowledge.

(3) Enter the interview list. According to the ratio of 1:3 in the job selection plan, candidates will be selected for interview in descending order based on their written test scores; if the lowest scores are tied, the tied candidates will all be determined as candidates for interview.

5. Interview

(1) Interview time: It will be held at the No. 1 Primary School in the High-tech Zone on March 7, 2020. All interviewees will bring their ID cards and written examination admission tickets to the Arrive at the interview and test center at 7:10 am on March 7, 2020 and wait for the test. Those who do not arrive on time will be automatically given up.

(2) Interview format: The interview will be conducted in the form of a mini-lecture and a defense. The preparation time is 30 minutes, the lecture time is 10 minutes, the lecture is 80 points, the defense is 20 points, and the full score is 100 points. The content of the lectures will be determined by the candidates participating in the interview, who will draw the subject labels for the subjects they apply for. The interviewers will not bring teaching materials, teaching reference books and other materials.

(3) Score calculation. The interview scoring method is to remove one score and the lowest score, and the average of the scores assigned by the remaining examiners is the score of the interviewer (two decimal places are retained, and no rounding is performed). The interview results will be informed on the spot and signed by the interviewer for confirmation.

6. Comprehensive evaluation

After the interview, the comprehensive score is calculated. Comprehensive score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%.

Based on the scores, the candidates to be selected will be determined (if the scores are tied, the candidate with the higher written test score will be given priority). The candidates to be selected will be reported to the Ankang High-tech Zone Teacher Selection and Recruitment Leading Group for review and approval, and then announced on the Ankang High-tech Zone website.

7. Entry physical examination

(1) The physical examination standards are in accordance with the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission's "Notice on Carrying out Physical Examinations for Teacher Qualification Certification in Shaanxi Province" (Shaanxi Teachers [ 2019〕No. 61) shall be implemented.
