The trouble with too many rooms

I’m joking when I say there are many houses. In fact, there are only 2 houses, but the trouble of houses has always bothered me.
Ten years ago, a house was renovated in the suburbs, but the one in the city center became vacant. In order to ensure the popularity of the house and maximize the income, I started renting it out. Because the location is better, renting out is easy. However, the tenants must have changed five times in the past ten years. I also fell ill when renting a house. As soon as the terms are negotiated, the tenant is changed, the contract is signed, the rent is paid, and the tenant calls, I feel uncomfortable in my heart, as if I am short-changed, as if I should not collect money, for fear that others will be dissatisfied, for fear of management Don't worry about it until something happens!
The troubles of renting are only things you can’t think of, and they can’t do it without them. Tenants ask for price reductions every year. The rent increases from the first half of the year to the second half of the year. They don’t want to pay the property fees. If the lights are broken, they call me. If the water pipes are broken, I have to find someone to repair them. If there are too many people coming in and out, the neighbors will complain... …The most annoying thing was that one resident’s sewer was blocked and there was no one at home. The neighbor’s basement was flooded. I went there to clean up the sewage and apologize to the neighbor. What was even more dangerous was that a tenant forgot to turn off the sewer. The range hood caused the balcony to catch fire. Fortunately, the neighbor discovered it in time! Therefore, when I mention renting a house, I feel panicked. It’s not to increase my popularity, it’s just to make people angry! The few cents in rent collected from the house have never brought me the slightest sense of happiness!
The most satisfactory tenant is the eldest sister who was demolished. Her daughter is abroad and her son lives in high school. The old couple are Hui people and they love cleanliness very much. In order to take care of their Hui people’s customs, I put all the stove hoods in the house. I replaced them with new ones. They took good care of the rental house as if they were their own home. They put covers on the air-conditioning coffee table and washing machine. They also found a way to solve the daily minor repairs without bothering me. The most important thing is that they never defaulted on the rent and even found a tenant for me in the next house when they moved. I will always remember this considerate elder sister!
Today, I finally decided not to rent, but to decorate and live in it myself.
If you want to live in the city for a few days, or if you want to travel to the quiet suburbs for a few days, wouldn't it be wonderful?
Having two apartments has given me so much trouble. How are those housemates living? I’m really worried about them!
