Visa and certification information you need to know for your visa
1. Visa information
1) A single-entry visa is valid for 3 months and the stay period does not exceed 90 days; a double-entry visa is valid for 6 months and the stay period does not exceed 90 days; a multiple-entry visa is valid for 3 months and the stay period does not exceed 90 days. The period of stay shall not exceed 30 days.
2) Transit visa: Anyone traveling to a third country via South Korea, holding a connecting ticket, not leaving the airport and staying for no more than 24 hours, is exempt from a visa. If the stay exceeds 24 hours, you should apply for a tourist visa.
3) The embassy takes 3 to 6 days to process your visa application.
