Located in Yanjing Township, Dongchuan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, it originates from Yanjing Mountain in the southwest of Yanjing Township, flows eastward through Yanjing Township, Yanjing Town, and Majie Town, and finally merges into the Jinsha River in Majie Town. The total length is about 40 kilometers, and the drainage area is about 140 square kilometers. The river water is crystal clear and of excellent water quality. It is one of the important drinking water sources in Kunming.
