If it is a self-help tour, you can stay in Shanghai for 2 days. There is no need to go everywhere, and there are no good attractions in Shanghai.

I can't recommend the Oriental Pearl. Buy a joint ticket from Jinmao Building. Price 120 yuan, including the tourist hall on the 88th floor of Jinmao Building and Madame Tussauds (it is convenient to take the subway in different places). Nanjing Road and the Bund are free to see. Cruise ships are not recommended. You can visit the old streets and have a two-day economic tour (including eating and living in 500 yuan/people should be able to).

Why don't you go to Zhouzhuang Tongli, get a pass to 80 yuan, and stay in Tongli for one day and one night (including food and accommodation, 300 yuan/people should be ok).

Wuzhen has never been there. Estimated per capita consumption is 300-400 yuan/day.
