How is the service of Global Tong International Travel Agency?

It’s really good. Last time I took GTC’s Jiuzhaigou trip, and I happened to experience an earthquake tour. I was really confused at the time. I’m very grateful to their tour guide for running back during the earthquake. He comforted everyone and took us to a safe area. Anyway, no one of the more than 50 people in our group was injured, which is really lucky. The phone call couldn't be made at that time. The tour guide was the first to talk to the outside because their company had been in contact with the tour guide. Then that night when other groups were still freezing in the square, we all started to get on the return bus. When we arrived in Chongqing, we saw people from their company picking us up at the drop-off point and preparing bread and milk. Although it was not valuable, I was still a little touched at the time. A day or two later, the store we signed up for took the initiative to call us and refund us the cost of the rest of our trip.
