Article 39: Anyone who commits any of the following acts and causes adverse consequences or impact shall be given a warning, demerit or major demerit; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be demoted or dismissed; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed :
(1) Abuse of power, endangering national interests, social public interests, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons, and other organizations;

Article 40 Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be given a warning, a demerit or a major demerit; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be demoted or dismissed; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled:

(6) Other behaviors that seriously violate family virtues and social ethics.
