Located southeast of Yuhuangding, it was called Jieqiu Rock in ancient times and is famous for watching the sunrise. The sun viewing corridor is 30 meters long, with connected pavilions and corridors, standing like a fairy pavilion, bright and eye-catching. Gongbei Stone is also known as Guanhai Stone. The stone is 6.5 meters long, 8 degrees from north to west, and 30 degrees from the ground. You can enjoy the view of the rising sun from the top. The vast sea air is moving with clouds, and the tourists on the rocks are uniquely affectionate.

In the 18th year of Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty (1482 AD), jade slips were washed out from under the Riguan Peak due to heavy rain; in the 12th year of the Qianlong Emperor in the Qing Dynasty (1747 AD), stonemasons chiseled on the side of the Riguan Peak. The pavilions and corridors are connected together, standing like a fairy pavilion, bright and eye-catching. In the north of the peak, there is a huge stone that stretches out long and horizontally, with a blue sky slanting on it. It is commonly known as the sea-exploring stone. Climbing the stone can watch the sunrise in the morning and the colorful clouds in the evening. This stone has now become an important symbol of Mount Tai.
