Valid complaints refer to complaints accepted by tourists after calling the complaint hotline (010) 65130828 and filling out the tourism complaint registration form at the Quality Supervision Office of the Tourism Bureau.

The tourism bureau’s complaint hotline is manned 24 hours a day. After the tourists get through the phone, the operator will tell them when to go to the Quality Supervision Office of the Tourism Bureau to fill in the tourism complaint registration form and submit complaint materials. If you just make a phone call without going to the Quality Supervision Office of the Tourism Bureau to fill in the complaint registration form, it will be considered an invalid complaint and will not be accepted.
