1, Huguo Temple

Huguo Temple is one of the eight temples in Beijing, which was founded in Yuan Dynasty. It was originally the official residence of Tuoketuo, the prime minister of the Yuan Dynasty, and was originally named Guo Chong Temple (North Temple). In the fourth year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty (1429), it was renamed Dalongshan Temple. In the eighth year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty (1472), it was named Dalongshan Temple to protect the country. In the sixty-first year of Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1722), the temple was renovated and named Huguo Temple, also known as West Temple, echoing the Long Fu Temple in the East Temple.

2. Spring Palace

Chunwangfu is a large-scale palace in Qing Dynasty, which was once the residence of Nalan Mingzhu and Jin Yong. 1872, Yi Xuan, the prince of alcohol, became the owner of the house, hence the name Alcohol Palace. The Spring Palace experienced the historical process from the peak to the decline of the Qing Dynasty, bearing extremely rich historical and cultural information.

3. Houhai

Houhai is an integral part of Shichahai. Shichahai consists of three water surfaces, namely Qianhai, Houhai and Xihai. In order to distinguish it from the "first three seas" of Beihai, China and Nanhai, it is called "the last three lakes".

Houhai East starts from Di 'anmenwai Street, reaches Xinjiekou Street in the west, Ping 'an Street in the south and Second Ring Road in the north, with a total area of 146.7 hectares, including 34 hectares of water area and 1 1.5 hectares of green land. This is the ancient waters of the Yuan Dynasty in Beijing 700 years ago.

4. Shichahai Park in Beijing

Beijing Shichahai Park is located in the northwest of Xicheng District, Beijing, and consists of three connected lakes: Shichahai (also known as Qianhai), Houhai and Xihai (Jishuitan). Shichahai has a profound historical and cultural heritage. Historically, it is a place with many temples, known as "nine temples and one temple", so it was named "Shichahai".

5. Soong Ching Ling's former residence

Soong Ching Ling's former residence is located at No.46, the northern edge of Houhai, Xicheng District, Beijing. Built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, it is the palace garden of the pearl of the university students. It was a farewell ceremony in Little Shenyang during the Qianlong period, and the Prince Garden in Wang Fu during the Jiaqing period.

Later, it was the garden of Yi Xuan, the father of Guangxu, and the garden of Zai Feng, the father of Puyi, the last emperor in the late Qing Dynasty, namely the Regent's Palace Garden. Soong Ching Ling moved here from April 1963, where she worked, studied and lived until she died on May 29th 198 1, which was opened to the public on May 29th/982.
