4. (2) Application conditions
Mainland residents applying for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao must meet one of the following conditions:
1, visiting relatives. Visit relatives who have settled, studied or worked in Hong Kong or Macao. "Relatives" refer to spouses, parents or parents, children, brothers and sisters of spouses. The applicant's spouse and children can apply together.

4. Personal travel. Approve the establishment of individual permanent residents to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
5. others. (1) Apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, funeral service, litigation, examination, handling industry, academic exchange, etc. (2) Mainland residents studying and working in Macao apply for going to Hong Kong.
6. Stay. Persons who study, work or train in Hong Kong or Macao with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao and their relatives.
(3) Application materials
Application materials to be submitted by the applicant:
1. Submit the Application Form for Mainland Residents' Travel Permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao (hereinafter referred to as the application form) 1 copy (city) or 2 copies (county) with the applicant's recent bareheaded color photo (48×33mm). The application form can be obtained from the exit-entry administration department of the municipal or county public security bureau or downloaded from the Internet.

The specific approval and issuance criteria for business endorsement are as follows:

(2) To study in Macao, you must submit the "Confirmation of Admission Notice" issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office and the original admission notice of Macao institutions of higher learning, and submit a copy. To go to Macao for employment, you must submit the original list of non-local workers who have been employed issued by the Exit-Entry Affairs Office of the Macao Public Security Police or the approval document with the applicant's name issued by the Macao Social and Cultural Office or the Economic and Financial Office, and submit a copy. When employees' relatives go to Macao for employment, they must submit the original approval notice issued by the exit-entry affairs department of Macao Public Security Police, and submit a copy.

(4) Continue to apply for staying in Hong Kong or Macao after the expiration of the stay endorsement on the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao. (five) the opinions of the work unit or the public security police station
This opinion is signed by the local police station where the work unit or permanent residence is located. This opinion can be directly filled in the corresponding column of the application form and stamped with the official seal, or issued separately. The opinions should include the following contents: whether the contents filled in the application form are true, whether the applicant is prohibited from leaving the country according to law, and whether the applicant is allowed to travel to Hong Kong or Macao (if not, the reasons should be explained). The specific requirements are as follows:
1, national staff, the organization and personnel department shall issue opinions according to the cadre management authority.
2. Personnel of state-owned enterprises and institutions shall be certified by the personnel or security department of the unit.
3. College and middle school students who have reached the age of 16 shall be given opinions by their schools.
4, soldiers, by their units or work units issued opinions.
5. Other personnel shall be given opinions by the local police station where their permanent residence is located. If an application is made to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where the non-permanent residence is located to travel between Hong Kong and Macao according to this specification, it shall be examined by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ in conjunction with the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where the applicant's permanent residence is located, and I am exempt from the opinions of the public security police station where the permanent residence is located.

7. Mainland residents with permanent residence in areas where "passport application on demand" has been implemented, who are not registered personnel or soldiers, are exempt from the opinions of the work unit or the police station.
(6) Accept the examination and approval.
1. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ only accepts my application for entry-exit permit and endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao, except in the following circumstances:
(1) If the applicant is under the age of 16 or has reached the age of 60, the client may apply on his behalf.
(2) If a person in the same accepting department holds the same travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and applies for endorsement again for the same reason, the client may apply for it on his behalf, but the application for endorsement of business in different places is not included.
(3) If an applicant who goes to Hong Kong and Macao for employment through a labor management company applies for a pass and endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao again during his employment in Hong Kong and Macao, the labor management company designated by the Ministry of Commerce shall apply.
(4) Mainland residents who hold stay endorsements in Hong Kong or Macau can apply through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macau.

The labor management company shall submit the company seal, signature of the person in charge, etc. To the public security machine at or above the prefecture level where the labor service management company is located.

There are six kinds of endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao: visiting relatives (T), business (S), group travel (L), individual travel (G), others (Q) and staying (D). Classify and publish according to the application.
1, visiting relatives endorsement. (1) Visiting spouses, parents or parents and children of spouses can issue an endorsement every three months, and stay in Hong Kong or Macau for no more than 14 days; Or multiple endorsements within three months, and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than 90 days from the date of first entry.
(2) Visit brothers and sisters, issue an endorsement every three months, and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than 14 days.
2. Commercial endorsement. (1) According to the examination and approval conditions formulated by various localities, the personnel of registered units can issue endorsements once every three months, once every three months and once every 1 year, and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than seven days at a time.
(2) Units and individual industrial and commercial households that have not gone through registration and filing shall issue endorsements every three months and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than seven days.
(3) Persons who travel between the Mainland and Hong Kong or Macao by car may issue multiple endorsements for three months and multiple endorsements for 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macao shall not exceed seven days.
3. Team travel endorsement. You can issue an endorsement once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and stay in Hong Kong or Macau for no more than 7 days at a time.
4. Personal travel endorsement. You can issue an endorsement once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and stay in Hong Kong or Macau for no more than 7 days at a time.
5. Other endorsements. The endorsement can be issued once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau should not exceed 14 days.

(2) For studying in Macao, the validity of exit endorsement shall be issued according to the study period approved by the Confirmation of Admission Certificate issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office, but the longest period shall not exceed 1 year. For those who are employed in Macao, the validity period of exit endorsement shall be issued according to the time limit approved by the exit-entry department of Macao public security police or Macao social and cultural department or economic and financial department, but the longest period shall not exceed 2 years. When employees' relatives go to Macao for employment, they should issue valid exit endorsements within the time limit approved by the exit and entry affairs department of Macao public security, but the longest time should not exceed 2 years. The holder shall stay in Macao for no more than 90 days at a time.
(8) Time limit for handling
1. If the applicant's application for a travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and travel and business endorsement is accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security organ under the provincial jurisdiction, it will be settled within 8 working days, and if it is accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the county public security organ, it will be settled within 10 working day. If the applicant applies for a travel permit and endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao (excluding travel and business) and the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security organ under the provincial jurisdiction accepts it, it will be completed within 10 working day. If the applicant applies for endorsement again with a valid pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao, it will be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security organ under the provincial jurisdiction, and will be settled within 5 working days, and if it is accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the county or municipal public security organ, it will be settled within 8 working days, which is shorter than the working time limit stipulated by the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security (if the applicant applies for a pass to and endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao, it will be settled within 15 working days; If the applicant applies for endorsement again with a valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, it will be settled within 10 working days. The above processing time limit does not include mailing time.
2. Applications in urgent need of going to Hong Kong or Macao for medical treatment, visiting critically ill patients, attending funerals and other special circumstances shall be given priority for examination and approval according to the principle of urgent work.
3. The time required for remote verification is not included in the working time limit.
(9) Obtaining a certificate
The evidence can be collected in person or by express mail, and the voucher can be collected according to the date on the receipt of the evidence.
