Can places of interest be insured against property insurance?

People's Insurance Company of China recently designed "scenic spot liability insurance". This insurance clause stipulates that during the insurance period, if an accident occurs due to the fault or negligence of the insured (scenic spot management department or business organization), resulting in personal injury or property loss of domestic and foreign tourists received in the area, the insurance company shall be responsible for compensation according to the provisions of the insurance contract.
