Forty-third relying on the national natural resources or historical and cultural resources to invest in the construction of tourist attractions ticket prices, the implementation of government pricing or government guidance; Not based on the national natural resources and historical and cultural resources, the ticket prices of tourist attractions built by commercial investment are subject to market adjustment.
The adjustment of ticket prices set by the government and guided by the government shall follow legal procedures. Forty-fifth tour guides in tourist attractions should engage in tour guide activities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, abide by professional ethics and provide civilized services.
Forty-sixth tour operators have the right to refuse administrative inspection, fees, penalties, compulsory measures, fund-raising, apportionment, free services, assessment, appraisal and standards. No legal basis; Have the right to refuse tourists' requests that violate laws, regulations or social morality.
Article 47 No organization or individual is allowed to set up stalls or rent landscapes in tourist attractions and their surrounding areas without authorization, nor is it allowed to follow, pester, deceive or coerce tourists to buy commodities or accept paid services.
Forty-eighth tourists enjoy the following rights:
(a) to understand the real situation of products and services provided by tour operators;

(four) to decide whether to accept services other than those stipulated in the travel contract;
(five) to decide whether to buy tourism products recommended by tourism operators;
(six) personal dignity, religious beliefs and national customs are respected;
(seven) to accept the services of tour operators, and to request timely assistance and obtain compensation according to law when suffering personal or property damage;
(eight) to put forward opinions and suggestions on the supervision and management of relevant departments and their staff, and to report and accuse illegal acts;
(nine) other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.
Forty-ninth tourists should fulfill the following obligations:
(1) Abide by social morality, take good care of tourist facilities and protect tourist resources and ecological environment;
(two) respect for national customs and religious beliefs;
(3) Abide by the regulations on tourism order and safety and health;
(four) truthfully inform the tourism operators of relevant personal information;
(5) Respect the work of tourism professionals;
(six) in case of force majeure and emergencies, cooperate with relevant organizations and personnel to do a good job;
(seven) to cooperate with the relevant organizations and personnel to solve disputes during the tour;
(eight) traveling with a group shall not delay the travel itinerary or harm the legitimate interests of other tourists;
(nine) other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.
Fiftieth tourists' legitimate rights and interests are infringed by tour operators or disputes with tour operators can be resolved through the following ways:
(1) Both parties negotiate;
(2) Requesting consumers' associations to mediate;
(three) complaints to the tourism, industry and commerce administration, price and other departments;
(four) apply for arbitration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
